After receiving my schedule, I had looked it over many times to make sure it was what I want. I don't want to come back later because it wasn't what I wanted. Its about the 15th week into the school year. Semester exams are after Christmas, not far away. When I received my schedule, they had also given me my books that I kept in my locker and the ones I would take to class whenever needed. They had also assigned me to a calculator that I would use in Algebra 2.
Name: Aliza Cox. Locker Number: 197. Combination: 16, 21, 07.
1st period: Pre-Ap Physics, Mr. Price. A214
2nd period: Pre-Ap English 3, Ms. Kaur. A219
3rd period: Health, Coach Morris. A122
4th period: Child Development, Mrs.Lowery. B201
B Lunch.
5th period: Pre-Ap Algebra 2, Mr.Blanco. A125
6th period: Ap World History, Coach Davis. A223
7th period: Spanish 2, Señora Reyes. B107
Looked good to me. Now.. Time to find Hayden. This is when I need him. Luckily, I found my locker and I could drop off my books. The guy who's locker was next to mine, was a handsome guy around my grade.
"Hi, I'm Aliza, just enrolled, could you help me find where my first period is? I would greatly appreciate it," I had said to the guy standing next to me. I don't know if he even noticed me standing there. Hopefully he is nice enough to help out someone.
I think I scared him, due to him jumping. "Ah, sorry. You scared me. Didn't really someone had this locked now. My apologies. I'm Brady Woodford. I'm a junior here. And sure, I would be glad to help you find your first class." He smiled at me. And I think that smile. could definitely make someones day. Such a heartwarming smile. Ah. Stop staring me! >_
"Awesome! You're amazing. I have Pre-Ap Physics, with Mr. Price."
"Well bell should be ringing soon, I have that class too. Just follow me. And incase you didn't know, homeroom is only on Fridays."
Ding Ding Ding.
As the bell went off, I began to follow Brady to our 1st. I'm kind of happy I have made a frien. Already makes this day much better. To my founding, Brady and I have all classes together! Well, except for Child Development, that period he has athletics. But, he does have B lunch, he'll find me when it is lunch time.

To my surprising, I haven't even seen any of the Simons. I really don't think they want me there. Makes my heart feel like its sinking..
Mr. Price was nice, I had to give an introduction of myself. I didn't the same with all my classes. Mrs. Lowery was also very welcoming to the class. When it was lunch time, a girl named McKenna had showed me where Brady sat. She said she had never been accepted to be 'cool' enough to get to sit with them. Sort of disappointed me, to know these people were probably popular people.
I was right.
But, the first person I notices was Braxton, he sat here too, with a different girl. Not the one I saw him with. First intention was that he was a player. That's probably everyone at the table. Great.
I began to leave, not wanting Braxton to see me, but instead Brady saw me.
"Aliza! Where you going? I sit here," and he pointed to where I was a moment ago.
Braxton's eyes shot up at the sound of my name, and that was my cue to definitely get out of there. I speed walked to the doors to outside. Not many people out here. I found a tree, sat right underneath it.
Why did I have to be the one to lose my parents? This wouldn't be going on, I though to myself.. Why me?
I forced myself to be strong. I will not cry. Think happy! Ponies! Rainbows! Okay. Not helping.

The bell rung indicating the end of the day.
I scurried to where Hayden had parked his car. I noticed it wasn't there.
He forgot about me.
Silently cursing to myself, I began walking to the house. I had an idea of where I was going, but if not, who cares.. I'd get there sometime. About 20 minutes of walking, I saw headlights shining behind me. Turning around, I saw Brady through the car..
'Want a ride?"
"No."
"Come on, don't be silly. Its chilly! I don't know what was wrong earlier. But I'm sorry, I tried looking for you..."
He tried looking for me? Awh. No Aliza. Don't get sucked into his charm. Though, let him at least take me home.. Don't want to be sick..
"I'll take up on the ride, I'm sure you'll know where the Simons live. Take me there. No I am not related, just my godfather is their dad. My parents died on Saturday."
"I won't say sorry, pity does no good. Though, it does get easier. My mom had cancer when I was 13. Took some time to adjust, but it does get easier. Is that why you left the lunch table? Because of Braxton?"
"Yeah, he hasn't been very welcoming at all.. I can tell he doesn't like me. I mean, what did I do? Lets drop the subject, lets take me home!" And off we went. Back 'home'..

"Where were you?" I heard a deep voice.
To find out, it was Brandon's. "I had to walk home because your son HAD to forget me! But luckily, a friend I had made, ended up seeing me while I was walking, offered to take me home." With that, I went upstairs to my room.
