"Mom... do I have to go?"
"Yes honey. I know this might be hard for you, but you have to go."
"But it's for canines!"
"I know that honey, but try to have a positive outlook on things."
"Fine...."
Hey. I'm (Y/N). (Y/N) (L/N). I'm a male 15 year old calico cat that goes to an all canine school. Yep, I know. The school in question is Appleblossom Academy, a pretty well-known prestigious school in Califurnia.
(Cali-fur-nia, get it? Get it? Like Californi- I'll shut up now)
I also don't have much friends, due to my social anxiety. Don't get me wrong, I love going outside and doing stuff, but I HATE meeting new people. My only friend, well, other than my whole family, is a coyote by the name of Zach. We've been friends since we were kids. He's basically just like me, but without the anxiety. He's also gay, which I have no problem with.
Anyways, I enrolled into Appleblossom Academy. I got out of my mother's car, waved bye and walked to the doors. I sighed. Hopefully, I won't get discriminated cause I'm a cat at an all canine school.
"(Y/N)!? Is that really you?"
I glanced to the side and saw Zach running up to me.
"Hey dude!"
"Hey."
"Why are you here? Are you secretly a canine or something?" Zach joked.
"Well uh... I don't even really know."
"Heh. Okay then."
Zach held my hand as we walked inside. This was normal though. He actually has a crush on me. We're not boyfriends or anything, we just like each other, platonically. Not gonna lie, I have to admit that Zach, is freaking hot. Dare I say, sexy even. Anyway, we got a few looks from the students. We walked to the headmaster's office to find my schedule and dorm room. We stopped at a door that said 'Headmaster's Office'. Zach and I exchanged glances and he knocked on the door.
"You may come in."
Obeying the headmaster's orders, I walked in by myself. Zach waited outside.
"Hello (Y/N). I am Louis, the headmaster here at Appleblossom."
said a confident looking timberwolf."I would advise you to get your schedule." I did as I was told and grabbed my school schedule from Louis' hand that reached out to me. He then told me my dorm room number, which was 712. I thanked him and walked out the room.
"So, got your stuff?"
"Yep. My dorm is 712."
"Nice! That's mine too!"
"Cool!"
Together, we walked to dorm 712. School was looking good so far. I hoped this would be a great time. But boy, was I wrong. And kinda right.
