Lia is gone with my friend Hayes, and I am stuck at home with dad watching base ball. I told him that I love watching base ball, football, basket ball, hockey, even Nascar with him.
Truth is, I hate ALL of those things. I can not even stand the thought of sports, or anything a "normal" teenage boy would like. I like going to the mall, Starbucks, BiggBy, or the beach to hang out with friends.
I don't do an NBA braket, or anything like that. Lia is more like that typical "White Boy". Sad to say it, but she is more like the average teenager you would find.
I am adicted to Instagram, Twitter, and pretty much any social media out there. Face Time, Skype, Oovoo, Kik, Snapchat; Any new media someone tells me about, I'll get it and try it out.
I got a text from Paige: "Hey"
C: Hey
P: How are you?
C: Bored af . . . wbu
P: Same
C: Lol, wanna hang out?
P: Yas!!!!! When can you pick me up?
C: I don't have a car . . . :'(
P: Oh... Where do you want to meet?
C: Isn't there a beach around here?
P: Yea
P: Right down the road from the park
C: Ok
C: Meet you there?
P: Yea. Bring your swim suit?
C: I love swimming!
P: Me too! See you there in a few minutes ;)
Woah . . . Is this a date?
C: Yup. See you soon
"Hey dad, sorry to break up this base ball-a-palooza, but my new friend asked to meet me at the park in a bit, so I got to go for a while."
"Well, my family just loves me today!" A pause . . . "Want me to drive you?"
"Ah . . . no. That's ok."
"Fine. Here's 50 bucks." He grabbed his wallet,m and grabbed two 20's and a 10, and threw it towards my direction.
"Thanks! Love you dad!" I started to head upto my room.
"Hey, where you goin'? Don't have to sneak out through your winow."
"I, uh, need my swim suit."
"Gotta hot date or somthing?" I didn't answer. A few seconds. He can sence that I'm bitting my lower lip. "Don't get to bussy in the water Collin."
YASSS! I can still go! When did dad turn into fun dad?
