Remove the Smut Ban on 'WattPad'

'WattPad' is a writing site for people to write, publish, read, comment on stories, and communicate with other writers. 'WattPad' consists of any type of writings under the sun, with all types of content included. Specifically for this petition, sexual content.

I'll start off on this factoid: 'WattPad' allows sexual content while still having the guidelines forbid it... Doesn't make sense, does it? Under the description, there are the tags (where you can add that there's sexuality), then the genre selection, and then (oh gee!) a function where you can check there is mature content included. Without it checked, there is a warning that the 'WattPad' community has a right to mark it as so. While selected, it says, and I quote, "Your story contains graphic deductions of violence, SEXUALITY, strong language, and/or other mature themes". People's pictures, parts of stories, even entire books have been deleted because of this confusing and contradicting guideline.

A person can, and many have or currently do, warn readers of mature content in their stories in the description, tags, announcements, or even the story itself.

There is quite literally no reason to restrict ANY sexual aspects of ANY story marked as "Mature". For the reasons above, it is rude, aggravating, and immoral to report and/or delete something with that mark.

So please, everyone, sign this petition to help not just a website but an entire community.
