Trollex's POV

No. No. No no, no no. I just realized what she was hiding from me, and she's fading in front of me. I held her in my arms, when all music disappeared. She was muttering something, but I couldn't make out what it was. I asked her, "What?" She pulled me closer, "No matter what happens now, I love you." Just like that, she turned into ashes. All that was left of her, was her cross necklace, and her silver rose earing.

I then sang the one song, I never thought I would sing at all. Hopefully, this is all, just a dream.

So I travel back, down that road

I was at the top and now it's like I'm in the basement
Number one spot, now she found her a replacement

I'm going through it every time that I'm alone
And now I'm missing, wishing she pick up the phone
But she made a decision that she wanted to move on

I sang with pain and loss in my heart. Then I saw a glow, and it was coming from her cross. Prince D walked up to me, and began to beatbox. His mother then spoke, "That's my son, making music." I then notice that the glow was in all of us, and realized that this is what Faith was trying to show us. D's mother stated, "Queen Barb, can't take away what's already inside us. Because that's where music, really comes from." Her husband agreed, "It started with the strings, but now, it comes from us." The crowd began to vocalize the beat. I exclaimed, "Yeah, it comes from our experiences!" Delta shouts, "Our lives!"

"Our culture." I heard the queen of pop whisper, "Listen to that, Barb can't take that away." She then began to sing, and we followed her.

As we continued to sing, Barb got her colors back, and Faith's cross glows like the sun.

When the light finally dimmed, Faith was back! She transformed into a mermaid. She was beautiful, both human, and a mermaid. She knew that things had changed, and so did she. She opened a portal behind Trump, and swam straight to him.

She said in a truthful, and serious tone, "You attempted to harm the souls of trolls. Attempted to turn us into rock zombies. And because of this, in your world, I, at last, died. This is my home, and I'm not waiting on the sidelines anymore. I'll take a stand, to protect my love, and all trolls!" She sent a sonic pulse, towards him, sending him back to his dimension.

I swam to her, and she relaxed. She turned around, just in time for me to hug her. I wrapped my arms around her waist, and she wrapped her arms around my neck. We losened up, a bit. The next thing I knew, I made my move, and kissed her. She didn't resist, because she kissed back.

I heard the crowd go nuts, but Faith didn't mind. We pulled back and I told her, "I love you, Faith."

"I love you too, Trollex." We closed our eyes, and our foreheads touched. I now understand, that she didn't love anyone else. For the first time, I found my dimensional soulmate. I also knew, that the legend of connected hearts, is true.
