Struggle

"Melody calm down!" The silver haired girl stops the blonde, now known as Melody, before anyone gets punched. Melody rolls her eyes and starts walking away. "You coming?" Melody ask to her friend. The silver haired girl then nods but before she follows melody, she speaks to the two hero's.

"Sorry about her, I'm maddie by the way. Listen I don't know what you two are dealing with but maybe you shouldn't go around telling random people th-" Maddie cuts herself off as her eyes land on chat noirs ring. She then looks at ladybug directing her sight straight to her ear-rings. Before she has the chance to say something, Melody grabs Maddie's hand and drags her out of the ally way with one last saying.

"It was nice meeting you two, I hope to never see y'all again."

"What a day." Melody says flopping on her bed. Maddie follows behind placing her guitar back in her case. "Like seriously those two weirdos almost died today, wonder what's wrong with them." Melody says slightly laughing at the end. Maddie stays silent, thinking about the two 'weirdos'. Melody takes notice and sits up on the edge of the bed.

"You aren't usually quiet what's wrong?" Maddie looks at her concerned friend, debating wether she should tell Melody about what she saw. "Maddie tell me, I'm your friend and you can talk to me." Maddie sighs as she goes to sit next to Melody.

"I don't think they were lying." Melody looked at her friend confused. Maddie noticing the confusion on her face continues, "The two people from earlier, ladybug and chat noir I believe it was. They had jewelry that reminded me of the miraculous. I know it's been a few years but I swear it was them, the miraculous designs are special and can't be copied that perfectly." Maddie hesitates to continue and looks at melody who is looking at the floor.

"Look I know you want nothing to do with them anymore but what if Paris really is getting destroyed as we speak." Melody doesn't look up, her gaze is completely lost. Her mind is filled with thoughts, her friends that are still in Paris, how can she risk that for her selfish reason? What if she just gets hurt again? All what if's. Breaking her from her trance, the doorbell rings.

"I'll get it." Melody says, anything to distract her right now. As she walks down stairs, an uneasy feeling settles in her stomach. Though she tries to ignore it, it doesn't go away. Melody gets to the door and opens it, no one. No one is at the door and she can't see anyone around. Melody shrugs and goes to close the door.

Then before she knew it a hand was over her mouth. She tried to scream but it was all muffled. Right when she went to bite the hand it was removed. Melody jolts forward, turning around ready to beat the life out of this scumbag. Though what she sees leaves her left in shock and slight anger.

"What in hell is going on!" Chat noir is standing over and unconscious masked man while ladybug is running up to the doorway and ties the man up in her yo-yo . Chat noir looks at Melody and scratches the back of his head. Ladybug then finally speaks, "we promise it's not what it looks like, we saw you get attacked by this guy and chat ran and knocked him off of you." Ladybug gives a slight unsure smile. She was completely set on the thought the blonde girl was gonna kill everyone in the room. Instead, melody walks closer to ladybug and looks at the earrings. She then pulls out her phone and dials someone.

"Hello, 911. Yes, someone broke in at -address- they are unconscious. Yes, please get here as soon as possible." She hangs up and sees the two panicking.

"We helped you and you decide to call the cops on us!" Chat yells, but melody just rolls her eyes. "No you dumbass, if you have forgotten there is an actual unconscious man on the floor who tried to attack me." Chat stares at the girl dumbfounded until distracted by a sound from the stairs.

"What is with all the noi-" Maddie comes down the stairs staring all 3 people down, including the unconscious one.

"How bad can answering the door get!"

After the cops came and took the man away, the two hero's and the two girls went and talked in the living room. It was silent at first cause no one really knew what to say at this point. Melody got tired and finally decided to say something.

"How do we know if you are telling the truth huh?" Melody asked. Ladybug and chat looked at each other then back at melody. "We don't know but we really do need your help. Paris is getting destroyed and people are getting hurt, we know it's a lot to ask but Master Fu said he wanted you two." Melody and Maddie both look at each other after hearing Ladybug say Master Fu. Melody hesitates to speak as well as maddie.

"Omg Melody stop being stupid I can feel that their telling the truth." A tiny voice yells. Both hero's eyes widen in shock including Melody's. "Flutter, I said not to do crap like that!"

"Hold on! Is that a kwami!?" Chat noir yells. The kwami is light blue with a hue of lavender, it also has little wings on its back resembling a nightingale. Maddie laughs a little. "What the heck are you laughing about?" Melody yells at her friend. Maddie immediately shuts her mouth and soon another small voice is heard.

"Heyyy how come no one invited me to the party." A white Kwami resembling a swan comes out from behind the couch. "Well anyway I'm snowflake!" The white kwami shouts excited. Melody face palms and lays down on the couch. The one thought going through her mind makes her wanna explode.

I don't know what to do!
