Chapter 7

Farha's POV
"Get up please."
"Hmmmm,what's it?"
"It's 7:00 in the morning,I am going back to my house."Afnan said.
"I  am awake,sorry come back."
Ouch my back ache.I slept on my prayer mat.I got up and went to the bathroom,I had a long relaxing bath and came out with my towel.
"Why will you come and wake me up early in the morning as if we are preparing for World war 3."I said as I sat in front of my mirror spraying my deodorant.
"Yes you will say that,you know I was so happy about today so I had to come here early and Maama asked me to come and wake you up,it's like she is sending us to the mall."
"You won't believe how my back is aching."I said stretching a little.
"You slept on the carpet what do you expect?"
I walked to my closet and brought out my white sleeve top and a black palazzo pants.
"Have you eaten?"I asked her I surely know she  didn't take any breakfast.
"Nahh,too nervous."
"Let's go and eat breakfast love."
She got down from the bed and left the room first.
"Oh my gosh!look at her butt."I said mimicking those bunnies in the cartoon "sing".
"Stop that rubbish."she scolded.
We went to the kitchen and Maama was there with the house help.
"Good morning Maama."
"Good morning sleeping beauty."
"Hahaha."Afnan laughed.
"Afnan Amarya."Maama teased.
She hid behind my back wai kunya.Lallai.
"So what will you like to eat Amarya?"Maama is at it again.
"I will eat the Brownies and milkshake."She served her self and I was like Helloooo I am right here.
"Maama,you didn't ask me what I will like to eat."I said feigning hurt.
"Mtcheww,I don't have your time,when you are done eating breakfast you can come to my room and I will give you the list,his flight is arriving by 4:00pm."she said and walked out.
Afnan kept on sticking her tongue out teasing me with silly faces.So I toasted bread and ate it with Bastam tea.We finished eating and I went and collected the list.I tied my black veil,picked my black shades,sprayed my Victoria secret perfume.I then grabbed my hand bag and put my phone,credit card and whatnot in it.I then slipped into my white Aldo flats.
"I am done,how do I look?"I asked Afnan.
"You always dress to kill besty."
"Thanks babe."
We strolled to where my black GLK 350 was and we hopped in.I turned on Call by Joeboy and we started miming the song and in no time we reached the mall.
We jumped out and headed to the front door.
PS:This is not the mall where i met Adnan😂
I bought everything on the list,I settled the bills and we went out.
"I am so exhausted."Afnan whined.
"Me too wallahi,and I am craving for ice cream
"Yah let's get some."
Afnan was now driving,so we went to cold stone.
I ordered sweet cream icecream and Oreo and Afnan ordered  same.We sat down enjoying the icecream , I received a call from Adnan.I picked up not wanting Afnan to notice.
"Hello."he said in his deep sexy voice mehhn.
"Uhhm hey good morning."I said.
"Good morning how was night?"
"It was good Alhamdulillah."I replied.
Afnan was busy hitting me to tell her who it is so I showed her the caller ID and she was like ooooo.
"Glad."
"I am hearing voices where are you?"I asked wanting to go deep into the conversation.
"Oh am sorry I am at a gym."
"Okay,bet my brothers are at one right now too maybe the same as yours."
"So you have brothers?Yah maybe coincidentally."
"I have two awesome brothers,I am the only girl."
"Wow,each day knowing more about you,I love it."
"Buh what of you?"
"Yes I have a little sister that's all like about your age or you older I dunno."
"Oh nice."
"Okay Farha I called to greet you have a nice day."
"Thank you,same to you."
"Girllll."Afnan squealed after he hung up.
"What?"
"I think this guy loves you."
"You are razz."I said getting up from my sit.
On our way to the car she kept on teasing me about him.
"Will you stop this,we are just friends okay?"
"Whatever I don't believe it."she said.
I ignored her and I drove in peace,I am really mad at her.
I went inside with the things that we bought,I dropped them on the kitchen counter.I picked mozzarella and started eating it.Weird koh?
"I started bringing the things out and Maama came in with Afnan trailing behind.
"Am so sorry habibty."she said pecking me on the cheek.
"It's no big problem but please don't do that again."
"Insha Allah."
We started preparing the food we are gonna make Basmati Rice and shredded beef sauce with chicken kebab and mixed fruit drink.I was the one making the chicken kebab while Afnan was the one with the drink and Maama making the Basmati Rice and shredded beef sauce.While we were preparing the food Ammar and Asad kept on disturbing us with surutu.
"Ammar,for the last time stop eating the chicken."I said pushing his hand.
"You guys should leave my kitchen."Maama said chasing them out.
We finished and we both went to our various room to freshen up.The clock clicked 3:30pm,the guys had already left to pick him up.We both had our bath and I changed into a peach fitted gown.Afnan and I have our own cloths at both houses Incase if an emergency sleepover comesup.She put on an blue gown that has stone work all over it.
"Ahmad needs to see this."I said snapping pictures of her.
"Lemme airdrop it to you."
I sent the pictures to her and we went downstairs to wait for them.The doorbell rang and I went to open the door and I saw my good looking Dad.
"Daddy."I screamed and hugged him.
"Princess,how are you?"
"I am fine daddy."
"Ina yini."Afnan greeted him.
"Lafiya Afnan,how are you dear?"
"I am good."she smiled.
"Wait where is my wife."
"I am here."
"My queen,I missed you."he said hugging her.
She hugged back and they started gisting.
"Wait if you are not hungry well I am." Ammar said walking to the dinning area.
"I am hungry too."Daddy said and we all went towards the dinning table.
We were all talking about different things,Daddy is a jovial person but when he is angry things don't go good.I can remember vividly when he punished us for climbing the tree,we cried so much then he came asking us to stop crying the tears bought us lot of junks.I really miss the stubborn me.We finished eating and then I and Afnan with the help of the house help cleared the table.
"I am feeling sleepy."I said laying flat on my bed.
"Sleepy head."
"Afnan,your phone is ringing."
"Hey it's Mami."
She finished her call and started jumping.
"Tell me."
"The wedding is in 5 months."
"Yayy,omg you are freaking getting married."I hugged her so tight.
"So let's talk,which event are you holding?"
"Maybe Kamu and dinner."
"This wedding is gonna be lit aswrr.
"Hahahah."
I went to my closet and changed into something comfy.
We kept on gisting about the wedding,then the adhaan for Maghrib was called.We went and prayed.
"Babe i am leaving."
"Dan Allah don't go."
"You are not serious."
She said her goodbyes and I walked her to the door after they finished congratulating her.
I went to Daddy's parlor and met them all engrossed in whatever they were doing.Maama and Daddy were talking while Ammar and Asad were busy with their phones.I went ahead and started gisting with the boys.
"Princess come over here."Daddy called.
"How is school and everything?"
"Everything is fine Alhamdulillah,and I will be graduating in 3 months time.
"MashaAllah,more grease to your elbows dear."
"Thanks dad."
"Okay you guys should leave,your dad needs some rest."
"Haba Maama stop sending us out,"
"Yes whatever just leave."
I went to the kitchen,picked a pack of chips and went to my room.I entered the bathroom and had my bath,then I performed ablution and prayed Isha,I put on my pjs and sat on my bed,turned on my laptop and started watching Darkest mind.I then received a video call from Adnan.I instantly picked it as soon as I saw it.His handsome face popped on my screen I covered the camera with my scarf I don't want him to see my face.
"Helllooo Adnan."
"Hahah,how are you beautiful."
"I am good,how was your day."
"It was smooth,how was yours?"
"It was good,today was a good day,my dad came back and my best friend's wedding date was fixed."
"Hmmm good,so what's the haps?"he said running his hand through his curly hair🔥🔥.
"Nothing much,I heart your hair."
"Thanks,I called to ask you something."he said.
"Okay go ahead."
"But first show your face."
"No I don't like doing that,i look hideous on video calls."
"Please."
"Okay fine."I said showing my face.
"Thank you,can we please hang out tomorrow if you are not busy."
"Mmmmm am not sure."
"Please,just this once."
"Okay fine what time?"
"I will text you the time,I will come and pick you up if that's fine with you."
"Tohm good night."
I cut the call and texted him the address and continued watching my movie till I slept off.

So they are meeting.
I am so happy 😁.
