So I watched The Empty Hearse from BBC's Sherlock, and I noticed something (besides the confusing layout of the Underground) during the scene when John and Sherlock are in the Underground (to provide a more specific moment, it's when John says he's calling the police).
A FLIPPING SPAMALOT POSTER!
They walk past a Spamalot poster before coming to the grate to the tracks!
But wait – there's more! There's a Book of Mormon poster on the opposite wall from the grate!
There is no escaping Broadway.

Also, it was totally obvious that the skeleton in the chamber was a fake. The hands were a dead (pun definitely intended) giveaway – bones are held together by cartilage and such, which decompose after a person dies, so the phalanges and metacarpals wouldn't be attached (not to mention the fact that wires connecting them could be clearly seen).
