after class the group decided to go to Chipotle for diner, it was a something they did after every class they could.
Sadie sat next to Julian, across from Kaycee and Bailey. Sean was on Julian's other side and Josh on that side of Sean, usually Jade and or Nat tagged along, but they weren't in Jake's class today.
"I'm gonna explode." Kaycee groaned, patting her stomach. "You say that every time, and every time you don't explode." Josh rolled his eyes, sipping his drink.
Kaycee glared, opening her mouth and then closing it again, groaning again. Sadie and Bailey chuckled, Sadie letting her head rest against her hand.
"So how's your secret piece goin guys?" Julian asked, looking between Sean and Kaycee. Sean and Kaycee had been working on a new piece for their duet for the past few months and the only hint their friends got was the song.
The song was called 'False confidence.' by Noah Kahan. Sadie never heard of it or the artist before, but she knew the piece would be amazing to watch and learn.
"It's going, and no, we're not telling you anything." Sean nodded, grinning. "But guys," Josh whined, looking hopefully between the duo.
"No buts and no coconuts. Sades, come to the bathroom with me?" Kaycee stood up, and Sadie nodded, following Kaycee towards the woman's restroom.
Julians eyebrows furrowed, mouthing 'coconuts?', making Josh pat his shoulder comfortingly while holding back a laugh at his confused friend.
"What is it with girls and going to the bathroom together?" Sean mumbled, eyeing the two of them. "It's a girl thing." Bailey explained, still trying to finish her burrito.
"Is there something wrong with Sadie? She's been quiet this whole time." Josh asked, looking at Bailey who stopped mid chew, looking at the three boys who were now waiting for an answer.
Bailey knew what it was. Sadie had told both Kaycee and Bailey that it was Sean Lew who made her nervous, unable to talk when he was around. She didn't explain why he made her nervous, but the girls figured it was because Sean was attractive.
Bailey shrugged, "probably just tired."
Sadie's laugh could be heard loudly as the two girls came back to the table, she was grinning, laughing at something Kaycee said.
Sean glanced back at her, watching as she said something to Kaycee that made the brunette double over in laughter.
