"i'm sorry what?" You queried as you looked into his eyes. "you're not joking?"

"no i'm not.." minho smiled shyly, "in fact, i've had a huge crush on you since 8th grade." you pursed your lips and looked down. "Minho, you're a really nice guy but..I don't think i'm ready for another relationship..." you confessed.
"please, but whatever you do, don't stop being my friend..you made my life better than it could've been except for hyunjin but you weren't at fault so i can't really blame you or anybody but him. but what i'm saying is, you make me happy so don't leave my side even if i reject you." you looked at him again, only to see him in tears.

you gasped and put your hands on his shoulders. "are you alright?!" you asked. he sniffled and let out a small smile, "i'm fine, Y/N...and I promise, I won't ever leave you."

you teared up just by seeing him tear up and gave him a hug. "you mean alot to me, minho..you dont have to be my boyfriend for me to tell you that." you said, as you tightened your grip around him.

Minho POV :

"So where were you last night?" Chan asked. I chuckled, "well, i was at Y/N's house."

"OH!— UM...I DIDN'T KNOW YOU GUYS—"

"NO! its not like that! nothing happened between us last night...at least nothing sexual, hyung. I confessed to her that night and she rejected me thats all." I scoffed. I could hear chan's snickers.

"HEY! why are you laughing?!" I asked. "I'm sorry, Did you say you were REJECTED?! AHAHAHA!" Chan burst into a fit of laughter. I sighed and rolled my eyes, "Not funny, hyung!"

I swear, one day, i'll get my revenge on his ass. I shoved that boy aside and walked into the house. Only to be surprised to see that a short lady with green tinted hair was sitting on my couch. "um, hyung...who's this?" I questioned, thinking maybe it could be his hookup.

"Oh, that's Kyongju! Our new neighbour that moved in next door. She's Canadian." Chan answered.

"Actually, i'm not canadian...i'm korean but i lived in Canada with my aunt for 10 years." Kyongju corrects him. "Anyways, I was just about leave before you came along. Have a great day ahead, if you need anything, just come over. See ya later!" She smiled before walking towards the door and grabbing her shoe off the shoe rack and left.

"Oh...are you like interested in her?" I teased chan as I watched his eyes tracing the back of kyongju as she walked away.

"Uh— NO?" chan spun around to face me, his face a nice shade of  red. "sure.." I smirked, before heading towards my room to wash up.
