"Can you believe that" Phoebe squealed so loud that I cringed. " I can't believe we are going there."

" But nevertheless, some of you performed exceptionally well and had done some unforgettable things in your five years here so we are going to appreciate and present some awards to three students here today." Elder Malik stated.
There was chattering amongst everybody about those that will receive the awards.
" Hey you may win an award, and if you do win one it will make everyone accept that you will become a good alpha even though you are a girl." Phoebe stated with a look and voice of glee and adoration.
" I hope so," I said with a sigh. Honestly, I am not expecting any awards because there are other people who are..... you know smart and deserve the awards more than I do and I am just..... erm average, yeah let's go with that.
" And those exceptional students are........" Elder Malik started.
" Alexander Pension from Experience pack for being the most outstanding student academically."
Everyone cheered for the future Alpha of the Experience pack. Well I expected that, I mean who else will be the most outstanding student if not the future Alpha of the Experience pack. Xander is a very good friend of mine because our packs are allies.
" Okay, maybe you did not receive that award but nevertheless you will receive the next" Phoebe encouraged me. Even though I had a tinge of doubt, I nodded and hoped she was right.
" The next award goes to Maxavier Royale of Discipline pack for being the most obedient and disciplined student, in his five years here he hasn't broken a single rule unlike some of you" Everyone gave knowing looks to Asher Phoenix the future Alpha of Amity pack and Wyatt Diamond of Freedom pack. Well, the two of them already broke all the academy's rules.
" Okay, so maybe the next one." Phoebe continued encouraging me.
" So please come to the podium to receive your award" I watched as the future Alpha of the Discipline pack advanced to the podium. To be sincere Xavier will make a great Alpha, even though we have never even talked to each other and our packs are the biggest rivals he has never as much instigated an argument during our five years in Alpha's Academy so him receiving the price was expected, my pack steers clear of his pack and his pack steers clear of my pack and I respect him a lot for that.
" And the last" I close my eyes"but most important award" I open my eyes to see Phoebe crossing her fingers" of all goes to"my breathing completely stops " Aria Winters for being the peacemaker of the academy and due to this we will like to crown her 'Outstanding Alpha of the year'."
My heart plummets, as the principal pronounces every part of my name slowly, I was not expecting it but at the same time I was expecting it , I wanted it and I got it. Phoebe doesn't move for about a minute before a loud shrill erupts from her mouth so loud, everybody in the hall cringed
" You got...... oh my gosh you got the award." She squealed happily
I proceeded to the stage to receive my award with only one thought in my mind....." Okay, so this is officially the most Happiest day in my life.
" Oh my goddess, I am so happy for you sis." My future beta Jaden congratulates me.
