Chapter - 17

It's been some days now, our school is ending soon since we are currently in the last year of school.

Taehyung, Suzy, Soobin, jimin and I were sitting in the library, studying for finals.

We were sitting for around 15 or so minutes when Suzy sighed said

"Its only been a few minutes and my mind already refuses to take any knowledge in."

"No wonder you are a dumb head."

Soobin said as a matter of fact.

Suzy looked at him with an unreadable expression and took her book and started hitting him with it.

"Ow ow ow why? Its true tho."

"Wrong move Soobin, wrong move."

Taehyung said while shaking his head.

"Why...? girls are dumb head, specially her."

Suzy looked at me.

"Do you want revenge? For you as well."

I shrugged.

"He is all your, do whatever you want."

Soobin looked at me in horror and Suzy laughed like a witch.

"I didn't meant you, exactly."

He said to me.

"You said girls, she is also a girl. I'm giving you a chance, run."

Suzy answered instead of me. I waved with fingers at him with a sly smile.

"Good luck"

With that he ran, at full speed... with Suzy behind him.

"I dont even know if he will make it. She is the best runners among girls in school."

Jimin said with slightly worried amused tone.

"Nah, let him be. He deserved it."

Taehyung said.

"Its the last year. Finals are coming. What will you do after school."

I said after a minute of silence.

"Hmm... I'll probably join my father's company."

Taehyung said.

"What does your father do?"

"He's the director of a film making company."

"Oh... wait what !?!"

I asked bewildered.

Jimin chuckled a little.

"You never told me."

"You never asked"

"Yeah right. That means you're rich."

"Um yeah... kind of."

"Hmm,you Jimin. What do want to do in future?"

"I dont know, for now I just wish I could pass the entrance exam of my dream college. What about you y/n?"

"I...uh... never really thought about it before. And I dont know if I have some talent or something I would like to do. I'll just go with the flow I guess."

They nodded.

"You'll find it one day."

Jimin said with an assuring smile.

We started studying in silence once again. Suzy and Soobin still didn't showed up.

A voice came from the school's speaker.

"Good afternoon students, you all know your finals are coming which are very important in school life. Specially for the last year students. Even tho we still have one month before the finals, the teachers has decided to give a month leave for exam preparation. You can come to school and teachers are always there if you need any help, other then that you all can stay at your homes and prepare. All the best for your exams. Lets hope for the best. That's all for today, thankyou."

The speaker went off. We all sighed in unison.

"Its troublesome waking up early in the morning and coming here but i didn't wanted this to happen."

Taehyung said to which Jimin added.

"At least we had fun together. Now what? Stay at home and keep studying and studying all day and night."

"Half of the month I'm spending is with you, weather we study together or not."

Taehyung said.

Sigh... what about me...? I'll be half dead. Look like a zombie in this time period.

I said in my head.

"Yeah, I also dont want to be alone. But anyway it's a good opportunity, we'll make through this together. Let's score good Mark's this time."

We all nodded.

I was sitting in my room, studying when oppa came inside the room.

"Y/n..."

He said in a soft voice, since it was night.

"Yeah"

"When are you going to sleep, it's past mid-night?"

Only now I realized he eyes were half closed and also the time.

"Oh yeah, I lost track of time. I'll sleep now. Sorry oppa."

"Are you hungry?"

"Not that much, I'll manage. You can sleep."

He rubbed his eyes.

"Follow me"

He said and walked out. I followed him outside as he said.

He was doing something in the fridge.

"What are you doing oppa?"

"Speak a little lower, they both are sleeping."

"Ah sorry, but what are yo--"

He closed the fridge. A plate of food in his hands. He warmed the food in the microwave.

"Here, eat this and go to sleep straight. No need to study that much, dumb head."

He mumbled the last part and sat beside me where I was holding the food to eat.

"You can go to sleep, I'll go after I'm done. You look tired anyway."

"Shh... eat your food."

I emptied the food as fast as I can because he looked really sleepy and I didn't wanted him to wait for me to eat.

"Now I'm done. Go to sleep."

I said.

"Hmm... go."

I shook my head defeated and went to my room. When he saw I entered, he also left.

And that's how my night went by. Thinking about everything possible before sleeping.

This is not the very good chapter I wanted it to be, but I had to write it to make future things a little more meaningful. Bare with the boredom for a while. Nice chapters are yet to come.
