The gang lands in a nearby port town which had rumors of a new Air Bender...
In which had a bandit terrorize the town...
A kid comes running being an Air Bender and is chased by the aforementioned bandit!
???: "HELP ME!"
??? 2: "Get Him!"
But the bandit turns out to be the sheriff and the Air Bender turns out to be the real bandit!
The Kid now dubbed Kai since his name was mentioned by the sheriff as the actual bandit who has been stealing from the town!
Kai tries to sneak away but Shizuo held him up the back collar of his shirt and glares at him which kinda shaves 100 years from Kai's life span considering his reputation...
Shizuo sighs and drags Kai to the Airship regardless...
Kai gets tied up by Lin and the group goes to another town that has an Airbender there as well...
The group tries their best to scout all of the Air Benders that they can and were faced with a predicament that they never had before...
Convincing them to join the Air Nation...
Everyone soon realized that these new AirBenders were normal people with normal lives and had it taken away from them due to these new powers which were given to them through Harmonic Convergence...
They never asked for this...
They never wanted to be Air Benders...
Tenzin and Korra tried so hard to convince them but to no avail...
Shizuo kept staring to the ground realizing that it was not a choice that they were giving them, but instead an obligation...
Though he chuckled seeing Tenzin trying so desperately to advertise being a part of the new Air Nation...
No matter what happened, no matter what words were spoken you can never convince a person to leave their daily lives...
But you can give them a try...
Shizuo then helped out the group by giving the idea of a "Trial Period" in which the new Air Benders can stay at the Air Temple for two weeks and can learn about their new powers...
Everything will be provided and they will be able to learn and control their abilities...
If they are interested then they can stay, if they aren't then they can leave...
But it goes without saying that their families can visit anytime and transportation can be ensured...
Korra: "How did you come up with this!?"
Shizuo: "I thought about how we were trying to get the Air Nation to appeal to them and noticed that Tenzin sucked doing that..."
Tenzin: "So I thought to my self: 'What was the biggest problem here...?' so I realized that we need to be more transparent and honest alongside generous and patient and viola..."
Asami, Mako, Bolin, Korra, and Lin was shocked to hear this while Tenzin grumbled, as they all looked at Shizuo with shocked expressions...
Shizuo: "What?"
Shizuo: "I may beat up people but I know how to give people a good deal..."
They all discuss his suggestion as they all agree with the notion...
So they all revisited the homes and places they've been and given the offer, and soon many accepted!
The group then hears that there are a lot of AirBenders in Ba Sing Se so they soon set their next destination to Ba Sing Se...!
