•Dereks POV•

I was actually excited to take Delilah to daycare today. I wanted to see Diamond today. When I tell you I got ready so fast I mean it. I was in the shower for about 5 minutes and then got out and changed in about 1 minute.

I ran downstairs to see my mom doing Delilahs hair. She was almost done. I sat on the couch for about 5 minutes. "Are you done yet?" I asked her. "Derek for the 20th time no" she said.

"There all done" she says. I shot my head up and went towards Delilah. I picked her up and went towards the door. I grabbed her shoes off of the shoe rack and put them on her.

I grabbed my own shoes and put them on. I said bye to my mom and walked outside to the car. I put Delilah in the car and buckled her in. I got in the front seat and drove off to her daycare, excited to see Diamond.

📍Rosario Daycare

I parked the car and then got out. I grabbed Delilah and I walked into the daycare. I was waiting for someone to come to the front desk. Someone eventually came but it wasn't who I wanted it to be.

This girl looked like she was in her 30s. "Hello welcome to Rosario daycare. How can I help you?" She asked me. "I'm here to sign my sister in" I said. "Ok" she said as she handed me a clipboard with a sign in sheet.

I filled it in and then gave Delilah to the woman. "Umm...random question but is Diamond working today?" I asked her. "No sorry honey" she said. "When does she work?" I asked her. "I'm sorry but I can't say unless she says it's ok" she replied. "It's ok I understand" I said to her with a small smile.

I walked out of the daycare and into my car. I just sat in my car debating whether or not I should DM her on Instagram. After awhile I decided I wasn't going to. I put my seatbelt on and drove off to my house.

•Diamonds POV•

I was currently laying in my bed watching vampire diaries and looking through Instagram. Today was one of my days off so I decided to enjoy it. "Diamond!" I heard my brother Alejandro yell. "Yeah?!" I yelled back. I heard my door open and I looked up to see who opened it.

It was Alejandro as I expected. "The boys are coming over" he said to me. I loved the boys. They were all like brothers to me. "Ok. Can I invite Nailea and Rowan?" I asked him. "Yeah" he said back.

"Ok" I said to him. My phone started to ring. I looked at the caller ID. "Who is it?" Alejandro asked. "It's tia" I said. I accepted the call and put my phone to my ear. "Hello" I said. "Hey Mija. Some kid walked into the daycare not that long ago asking for you" she said.

My mind immediately went to Derek. Nobody else knew I worked at the daycare except for some of my friends, my family, and Derek. "I think I know who it was tia" I say to her.

"Did he have curly hair and light skin?" I asked her. "Yeah he did. He asked what days you work but I told him I couldn't tell him without your permission" she said. "Well if he asks again you can tell him. He's a friend" I assured her.

"Ok Mija. Well I have to go but I'll be over of dinner later to see you and Alex ok?" She told me. "Ok tia. I'll see you later. I love you" I said. "I love you too bye" she said. "Bye" I said before ending the call.

"What did she say?" Alejandro asked me. "Nosey much?" I asked him raising my eyebrows. "Very. Now what did she say?" He asked me again. "She's coming over for dinner later" I said. I didn't want to tell him anything about Derek. 1 because I don't really know Derek and 2 because he'll be on my ass about it.

"That's it?" He asked. "Yeah" I said. "Ok well the boys will be here in like 5 minutes so you should text Rowan and Nailea so they don't come too late" he said before leaving my room and closing my door (get you a sibling that closes your door when they leave your room😌). I grabbed my phone and texted the groupchat with me, Rowan, and Nailea in it.

I texted the groupchat and they said that they will be here in like 5 minutes. Nailea and me have been best friends since preschool. Same with Rowan. Me and him dated for 2 years and then we broke up. I got up from my bed and walked out of my room.

I was wearing a hoodie and black leggings with my hair down. I walked into my kitchen and went to the pantry. I grabbed a bag of chips and then went to the table. I sat down and ate the chips.

After about 5 minutes the doorbell rang. "Can you get the door?!" Ale yelled from upstairs. "Yeah sure!" I yelled back. I closed the chip bag and went to put it back. I went to open the door. When I opened it I saw the boys.

"Hello boys" I said to them. "Hey" they all said back. Mattia gave me a hug with a kiss on the cheek, so did Kairi, then Robert, then Alvaro, and then Roshaun. When they all gave me a hug I closed the door.

"Alex the boys are here!" I yelled. He came downstairs and dapped them all up. We went to the living room. When we got to the living room we sat down. We decided on watching a movie after a couple of minutes of deciding what to do.

We decided on watching the sandlot (Benny Rodriguez book coming soon🤫). Before we started the movie the doorbell went off again. "I'll go get it it's Nailea and Rowan" I said. They all nodded their head. I got up from my seat and went to get the door.

I opened it to be meet with Rowan and Nailea. "Hey guys" I said to them. Nailea gave me a hug while Rowan gave me a hug with a kiss on the cheek. I lead them to the living room. We sat on the couch and then the boys started the movie.

I sat between Rowan and Mattia. 40 minutes into the movie I started to get tired. I struggled to keep my eyes open. I laid my head on Mattia shoulder and wrapped my arms around his waist. It's normal for us to be touchy like this because we are really close.

He grabbed the blanket that was behind him and wrapped us in it. He played with my hair. I started to close my eyes and doze off.

Bro it's been forever since I updated this book. Like wth is wrong with me? I'm trying to update all of my books today tho... I'm not sure if I'll be able too but we'll see
