Erick protected Archie with attacking minions of Thamuz. Swinging his giant axe to protect archie.

Archie i will protect you with my life. Stand back i will kill all of them.

Thamuz challenged Erick to a duel to death. Erick you are a mighty centaur, i will offer you a good price if you win. If you can defeat and kill me, all the legions of demons that i command will die with me because when i die no one will sustain their life source. It's my way of expanding my army quickly, i sustain their life source. And the greater benefit is when you kill me you will all be safe. Do you agree Erick.?

Erick told himself that he donesn't have any other choices left but to gamble and accept the challenge. I Erick the last centaur, the last among my race accept your challenge Thamuz. Let's finish what we started. Let's settle the final score.

Thamuz and Erick begin the duel. The clash of the two duelist is very intense.

You are stronger than before Erick!. I think this fight will be amusing, you will never defeat me Erick! It will never happen!.

Erick charges his power. and Thamuz is just looking at him.

Erick glow with red light and charges to Thamuz to deliver the final blow. RAAAAAAAAAAAAWWWWWRRRRRRRRRRRRR!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Do you really even think that cheap attack can kill a high level demon like me Erick!?. Think Again! Come! Give everything you got!.

Thamuz just parried the attack of Erick with his hand.

Is that all Erick!? You will never defeat me with that!. Try eating this Erick!

Demonic flames suddenly engulfs Erick! Die with my flames Erick! Join your race to death!.

URRRGGGGGGHHHHH!!!!!... I'm Sorry Archie, I'm Sorry Balgan, I'm Sorry to all, I failed and it was not enough......

Erick just sat down beside Archie while being engulfed with demonic flames.

Archie survive for humanity to avenge all the other races that suffered from demon invasion. This is all i can give, i hope my sacrifice will not be in vain.

Archie just gone out of his mind, He stands up and watch Erick die with the flames, and in a few moments Erick burns to ashes. Archie is standing in the middle of Thamuz army of demons. He is looking straight towards Thamuz. Malik and Alice moved swiftly to Archie but ended up being blocked by demons.

Archie! get out of there! Malik shouted

Malik and Alice try to break the demons blockade. Archie just can't hear anything, the only thing that lingers on his mind is the death of his dearest friend Erick. It reflects repeatedly on his mind. And his heart beats faster and faster.

Balgan felt something wrong and feared that something might happen to Archie. This is not good, Make a way and pull out Archie! ARCHIEEE!!!!!. Balgan struggles to reach Archie.

Harumi felt something not right. This power? it's enormous, I feel Feris in him.

Thamuz moved in front of Archie. So your name is Archie? what a nice name, but you will not be living too long, too bad. Are you angry to me? killing your friends? Don't cry anymore, it will not be too long, you will join them in a moment and I will give you the honor of my spear. Thamuz swings his spear with great might and Archie speaks.

Do have any regrets being a demon? Then Thamuz stops and replied. Why do I have any regrets? I am a powerful demon, I can do anything!. And what do you have boy? Now I will ask you the same thing, do you have any regrets as a human?

My only regret is that I am not strong enough to protect my friends. And tears fall down on the eyes of Archie.

Is that all you can say kid? then it is time to die. Thamuz swings his spear to cut Archie.

But Archie become berserk. his eyes turned red, fangs came out of Archie's teeth, his arms covered with yellow flame and the mark on his chest glows like a star that makes thamuz step backwards.

You can't frigthen me with such show! I will show you how powerful I am! Thamuz strikes Archie with a powerful blow.

Malik, Alice and Balgan watched Thamuz strikes Archie with his spear. A blinding light suddenly lights up the whole area as Thamuz hits Archie.

As the light fades away, Balgan is shocked on what he saw. Archie is standing still and haven't moved and inch blocking Thamuz spear with one hand.

Is this all what you can do Thamuz? Thamuz steps backwards and cast Galactic Disaster.

Never underestimate my power boy! Galactic Disaster! Flames pouring down from the sky but Archie just walks towards Thamuz.

Archie was hit by the flames. HAHAHAHA!!!!! NOW THAT WOULD BE THE END OF YOU!

But Archie is still walking towards Thamuz. You will pay for your sins, for killing my friends and the other races. May all the punishment lay upon you.

Thamuz shivers in fear, as Archie holds Thamuz neck. This is all the punishment for you demon, return from whence you came.

Divine Punishment! A Large Shinning Cross of Light strucked Thamuz to the chest and Thamuz starts to vaporize and disappear. Every demon also strucked by crosses destroying every one of them. Balgan rushes to Archie, ARCHIE! are you all right!?.

Shut up old man! Archie hits Balgan and Balgan is thrown away to the bushes. Malik and Alice aided Balgan. I'm all right Malik, Alice I think he can't control his power. 

Harumi approaches Balgan, Balgan I think this kid has the curse of the chosen. What do you mean Harumi? Do you mean that Archie have the Crimson Curse of the Crimson Knights!? Yes Balgan I think that he have that curse. Long ago the warriors who imprisoned Baal are the Cursed Crimson Knights. Let's make Archie calm down or it will be the end of us. What should we do Harumi? Malik and Alice asked.

Since you two are still fused together, hold on to Archie till I finish the spell to calm him down. 

Malik and Alice approached Archie. Archie what are you doing!? we are your friends! we are on your side! what the hell is happening to you! Malik and Alice holds Archie at the back.

LIGHTNING EDGE!

Harumi cast a huge lightning bolt to Archie that neutralizes berserk. Malik and Alice jumps aways from Archie. Archie was hit by the lightning bolt and he walked to the place where Erick died.

My friend I am sorry I couldn't save you. Archie is crying and he passed out.

Balgan helped Archie and they brought Archie to the city and they let him rest.

Lord Baal, Thamuz was defeated by the humans!

I know what happened and i think that boy have the curse of the crimson knights. Baal removed the bridge that he had made to connect with the lost realm. He must die at any cost before we can't contain him any longer.

While the soldiers are celebrating the victory, Malik and Alice tend to the wounded, Harumi and Balgan sat down beside Archies bed.

What will be Archie's reaction when he wakes up? The death of Erick brought sorrow for the humans who survived the demons attack.
