Jimin's POV
I finished up dancing, and tiredly walked into the changing room, organizing and placing my jumper into my bag, sighing.
"Hey Jimin! That was such a cool cover!"
My friend, Namjoon grinned at me while patting my back, a smile appeard on my face in response.
"Thank you Joonie, im glad you liked it" we both created small talk while walking back into the gymnasium, the teacher walking over to us.
"Good work today Jimin! Well done! I don't have anything bad to say other than the fact you need to loosen yourself a bit more, be more free and flexible with your movements, make your body flow to the music like water, be smooth and graceful, okay?" I nodded at the criticism, smiling lightly, i knew my dancing was a bit janky but i guess its worse than i thought.
"Ill try harder" the teacher smiled, waving me and Namjoon goodbye as we started to leave the room.
"Dont forget! Tomorrow a new student arrives, you're the one to show him around, okay?" Me and Namjoon spun around. I completely forgot I had to do that..
"Oh yeah! Of course, bye!" Finally we both left, Namjoon split away after a while then i quickly ran home to get changed for work. Its 11:17, dammit, work starts at 11:30.
After getting ready for work I practically ran out of my apartment to the workplace, only just getting there on time
"You're late Jimin"
"I know, im sorry I had dance practise before work.." my manager, Jin looked at me and sighed.
"You did dance practise even though you're working until close today?" Jin looked at me, hes not a bad guy, he cares about his coffee shop, and has Namjoon as his boyfriend. So this job really isn't all too bad getting to work with a friend as my manager. "Ive gotta get money somehow, and I don't mind it.. I enjoy this job a lot" I smiled, grabbing a hat and an apron from a hook, tying the apron around my waist to then start putting cups into a dishwasher.
"Then I'm glad to have such a hard worker on this team, thank you Jimin" Jin smiled, heating up a toastie for someones order. This place didn't get extremely busy, just enough to still have chats with Jin and the other staff.
"Im glad to be here too.." I smiled, noticing a customer waiting to be served, so I walked over to him, he looked nice, he was smiling too.
"Good morning, what would you like to order today?" I placed my hands on the cash register, waiting for the young males response.
"Morning, can I just refill my hot chocolate?" He held up his cup, I nodded tapping away at the cash registers keypad before taking the cup and cleaning it to then start making the hot chocolate.
"Would you like any cream on this sir?" He nodded while shuffling in his pockets "yes please, thank you" I carefully added cream onto the top of his hot chocolate, placing it on the counter in-front of me. "That will be $2.95" he nodded, passing me money to which I gave the change. "Thank you for ordering! And be careful it is hot!" He smiled and nodded politely before walking back over to his seat. Boy was he cute.
It was nearing the end of my shift now, I was just waiting for a parcel to arrive before closing up shop, Jin had left now, it was only me working. I stared at the clock, 5:10, this delivery has to arrive soon. I stared back into the seating area, noticing the young male from earlier still sat typing on his laptop. Wow, he's been here for so long, I didn't even realise until now. Then I heard the door open, a delivery man entering with a parcel on a parcel carrier. Finally I thought, he really was pushing the time limit huh..
