Amy's P.O.V

"Wait so you guys like, MADE OUT IN THE CAR?!"

I'm sorry, I'm just a sucker for love and stuff like that. Every Monday, since we were 12, Piper and I always have a sleepover. Some weeks, I would go to her house, and others she would come to mine. This week, it was her turn to host.

A hand clamped over my mouth and my head was slammed into the pillow. I giggled into the pillow she slammed me into, "Ssshhh Amy!" she seethed. "If James hears you, he will actually kill Finn this time!"

My head came up again, and I wiped a strand of loose hair out of my face, "I thought he was fully aware that you two are dating," I questioned suspiciously. "Yeah but he doesn't exactly know about... well..." she started blushing and looked away, groaning, "What," I smiled and started, "Well... you know." I giggled and pushed back up off the bed and to my knees.

Piper spun back around to face me, her face finally back to normal. "Wait, Pipes, have you and him talked about-" "I want you to stop, and think about your next words Amy," she warned, and me bursting out laughing. "I'm just asking, geez! I mean, we are going to be on a tour for 2-3 months, in like less than 3 days, with only Emily and the team. Anything could happen! And besides... you've gotta be prepared."

"Well, I'm not ready for that, and I'm pretty sure he isn't either."

I shrugged and grabbed a handful of popcorn from the bowl sitting right next to us, popping one in my mouth and chewing silently as possible. Piper readjusted her position for her phone and looked back up, "So... what's going on with you and Henry? Anything new with that?" I rolled my eyes and threw my hair behind me, "Nope. I honestly don't even know if he cares anymore." Piper sucked her teeth and shook her head, "Of course he does. Maybe he's just," she gritted her teeth, and looked up at the ceiling, presumingly trying to make up an excuse, "Maybe he's waiting on you to make the first move. He probably doesn't want to make himself look too desperate or clingy."

"Well then what does that make me?" I chuckled. "What I mean is, maybe he's just scared to make the first move," she cleared up, giving me a sly smirk. Maybe she did have a point.

My shoulders relaxed slightly and I started to slow down on the popcorn. Even if he was scared to ask me out, if he really liked me, wouldn't he just swallow his pride and... ask me out?

Her door swung open, and a small, brown haired woman walked through, with a big plate, "Hello girlies! I made sandwiches for dinner. Ham and cheese, your favorite!" It was Piper's mom. I smiled as my eyes eyed the plate. Small little rolls filled with cheese and ham rounded the plate. It looked good, "Wow thank you Mrs. Deborah! It looks amazing," I complimented. Manners in my household were imperative. I made sure to carry them with me wherever I went in life. "I'll bring the fruit up in a minute. Enjoy girls!" and as fast as she had appeared, her mother made her way out the room.

We started for a sandwich each. Piper took a while to finish her's, while I devoured three entire ones. Everything was delicious. A buzz vibrated next to me, the screen lighting up the room. I looked down to see what was the commotion.

It was Piper's phone, and you would NEVER be able to guess who it was.

Hahaha, it was Finn.

"Umm, Pipes, I think Finn wants to talk to you," I said reaching for the phone and handing it to her.

She quickly grabbed it from me and answered the call, shoving the phone to her cheek, "Hello?"

I bit the side of my cheek, wiping some of the fallen crumbs off of her bed sheets, and watching her fervently. 'Put it on speaker,' I mouthed to her. She rolled her eyes and swatted me away, clicking her screen and throwing the phone in front of her, where we could both easily access it.
