(Y/N) stood in the bathroom with their (shirtless) boyfriend,Launchpad, staring in the mirror. Their eyes looked over every imperfection on their face before scanning over to their boyfriends face. His eyes: dreamy. His smile: amazing. His hair: beautiful. His whole face: absolutely perfect. (Y/N)'s eyes moved further down to Launchpad's chest and his muscles.

Launchpad was extremely strong due to a lot of working out in the past and this made him more attractive than he already was. (Y/N) moved their gaze away from their partner and moved it back to the mirror again, lifting up their shirt and staring at their body. After staring at Launchpad, the (B/T) disliked what their saw. Their body wasn't nearly as attractive as the pilot them.

As this thought crossed their mind, (Y/N)'s face saddened in disappointment at their appearance. Launchpad had noticed his lovers face and grew concerned.
"What's wrong, honey?" He asked.
"Lp, can I ask you something?" (Y/N) replied.
"Anything."
"Why.. are you with me?" They hesitated
Launchpad was speechless from shock.
"I mean I'm not that good-looking, my body is so weird and unappealing. I'm very plain and uninteresting, there aren't that many good things about how I look or about me and-"
"I'm going to stop you there 'cause you're lying" Launchpad stated with confidence.

"What? What do you.. what?"
"You're lying! All those things you said about yourself are lies."
(Y/N) stared into launchpad's eyes, a blush on their cheeks and an expression of confusion.
"Let me tell you the correct version of those lies. You're extremely good-looking, your body is beautiful and amazing, and you're the most interesting and intriguing person I have ever met!"
The (B/T) was unable to reply due to a lump in their throat. They didn't have to respond because the pilot noticed this and engulfed them in a giant, warm bear hug and kissed their head lightly.
"And please never ever doubt if I love you. Even if all those things you listed were true I wouldn't care anyway because I would still love you more than anything in the world and no matter what I think you're beautiful."

(Y/N) let out a few tears as they burried their face into Launchpad's chest listening to his soothing words of reassurance.
"Thank you, Lp, I love you." (Y/N) sniffled quietly.
"I love you too, buttercup. Don't forget it or I'll have to remind you!"
"How will you remind me?" (Y/N) questioned curiously, moving their face from Launchpad's chest to look up at him.
"Like this." Lp started before peppering kisses all over his partners face. (Y/N) blushed and giggled at his actions and another crossed their mind. They were so lucky to have met Launchpad.
