I woke up to the ringing sound of my phone. I could tell it was mine because of its ringtone. I quickly got up and walked towards my handbag and took my phone.
Zamion Calling...
When I saw the caller I quickly ignored the phone and put it back inside my handbag. I was about to walk away when it rang again. An idea popped on my head.
I walked near Je that's sleeping on the floor and woke him up. At first he didn't listen but after a long period of stubbornness, I finally made him wake up. Actually, only half of him.
"Ano ba yan, bansot?! Natutulog ako eh!" He said while trying to open his eyes.
I refrained myself from laughing and just stood up to take my phone that kept on ringing after so many times. When will he get tired?
When I got the phone, I walked back to Jerome that's now fully awake while glaring at me. Probably annoyed by how I ruined his sleep.
I showed him my phone and shock was written all over his face. I smiled at him and looks like he knew what I was planning 'cause he started to push my phone back to me while shaking his head.
"Ayaw ko nga! Baka masuntok ulit ako nun!" Sabi ni Jerome habang umiiling.
"Oh come on! Just this once! To make him stop calling!" Pabulong na sigaw ko.
"Sige na nga! Kapag ako nasuntok muli nito, ikaw talaga pupuntiryahin ko Luxcious." Nagbabantang sabi niya.
I just rolled my eyes at him and gave him the phone. He accepted it and stared at it for a while before answering the call.
[Zaike? Hello?] Zamion's voice said at the other line. Good thing he put it on loudspeaker so I could hear their conversation.
"Tulog pa." Pagsisinungaling ni Je.
[Why the fuck is her phone with you?!] Galit na sigaw ni Zamion.
He sounds like he had been drinking all night. I don't care anymore.
"Bobo naman ne'to." Bulong ni Jerome at bahagyang inilayo ang cellphone. "Natutulog nga kasi!" Sagot naman ni Jerome.
[Where are you guys? What did you do to her?! I swear i'm gonna kill you if you lay your hand on her!] Sigaw ni Zamion dahilan para manlaki ang mga mata ko while Jerome refrained himself from laughing.
'Seryoso ba siya?! Ako?! He's a total shit! I hate him! Jerome's my friend!'
"Luh! Di ko ginalaw sila bansot ah! Pinatulog kasi ako nila tita dito sa bahay nila." Paliwanag ni Jerome.
[So, you're saying that you're sleeping inside Zaike's room?!] Parang gulat na tanong ni Zamion.
"Oo." Sagot naman ni Jerome.
[Fuck! I'm really gonna kill you if I see your face! I swear to all the demons and angels I would do that to you! Don't touch-] He couldn't finish what he was saying 'cause I took the phone and ended the call.
After ending the call I put my phone into silent mode before putting it back inside my handbag. After taking care of that call I turned my gaze at Jerome that's now glaring at me. I didn't even know what I did?! I looked at him with questioning eyes.
"Gago! Ginising mo pa talaga ako para don?! Alas dos na nang umaga bansot! Mababawasan kagwapuhan ko!" Sabi niya.
"At yon pa talaga ang inalala mo? Hangin din eh." Sabi ko at bumalik na sa tabi ni Jaika.
"Oo! Pero mas kinabahan ako dun sa sinabi nang jowa mo. Gago! Patayin daw ba ako?! Lakas maka puta!" Sabi ni Jerome.
"Hoy! FYI lang ha! Hindi. Ko. Siya. Jowa!" Inis na sabi ko at nagtalukbong nang kumot.
