Nineteen

Meika's P.O.V.

My eyes felt heavy. I could barely open them. I felt like I've lost my whole energy. I was unable to see anything. It was dark. I tried to move my arms. There was something soft under my hands. I was in a room maybe laying on a bed. A dim light came from one side.

"So you're finally awake, hn."

The voice felt heavy. My throat went dry. I haven't eaten anything from past few days.

"Here's some food. I want it empty and one more thing"

He came close towards me. His fingers ran down on my cheeks and lips.

"Siya will be here to get you ready we are getting married. Don't even try to act smart otherwise your friends will be lying dead."

With a smirk on his lips he left.

It took me a lot of time to process everything. I don't think I've time to do anything because the girl is already here getting me ready. I can't believe all of this is happening.

I still felt a bit dizziness. Everything seemed blurry like it could black out any second.

"I'll be back in one hour." and the girl left.

After eating something I was able to gather some energy. I saw the door open so I tried to sneak out.

As I moved forward I could see no one. How come there is no one protecting the place. I moved wherever I found safe and saw a dark room. I moved towards the room. I could hear some voice. I tried to see why was inside.

When I tried to look I saw something that I couldn't believe. Max was there having sex with a girl who doesn't seem of much age. I covered my mouth shut with my hands. He was holding her mouth ruthlessly so she couldn't scream and the girl seemed half dead. My legs were frozen. Tear escaped my eyes. As my vision adjusted I could there was blood on girls body including her private parts. This guy was a monster, A TOTAL MONSTER!!

After gathering a lot of strength I dragged myself further. The scene was repeating in my eyes tearing my soul apart. It was driving me crazy. I was ready to throw up any second.

What I saw further shook me deep inside. I can't believe I was on Earth. It felt like a place worse then hell. I could no longer carry myself.

I touched the bars of the jail inside which laid hundreds of women and girl of different age some of them being fucked up and brutally tortured by some guards.

They were screaming that it could rip my ears apart.

Blood was spattering on their legs. Belt was fastened around some of the women's neck as they laid dead among the half dead women. If you saw their body you'll never sleep again. Some girls were asphyxiated.

Remnants of their bodies were scattered all around. Some blood spots dried out and some were still fresh and red. It felt like level of depravity and cruelty was increasing with every blink of eye.

I could see this no more. I collapsed on the floor. Black welcomed me again.

I felt droplets on my face. I squeezed my eyes open. Max was standing in front of me very fiercely. A slap hit my face and I could feel the pain with air sending chills to my nerves.

"You're marrying me, aren't you?" he asked with a straight face.

"Yes" I could say no more.

"Good. Get her ready." and he disappeared in the dark.

I was ready dressed in a white dress. I never believed I will be facing a day like this. With every passing second I was moving towards my aisle. The pain of those women needed to be ended. I'm going to end this all today even if means my death.

I was standing in front of A MONSTER.

"Do you take Mr. Max Franklyn Miller to be your lawfully wedded husband?" asked the Notary.

"I........I don't." and I pointed the gun towards Max and shot him.

Flashback

The girl getting me ready gave me a gun. She fitted it in my bouquet. I looked towards her confused.

"Don't question me this is your only chance. We need to save everyone. You know what you have to do."

She then focused on doing my makeup and hair.

Flashback end

He was still standing as the bullet hit his hand instead of heart. He pointed his gun towards me. I heard the sound of bullet being fired. My eyes shut down.

I failed. I'm sorry brother I failed. This is the end.

Unknown's P.O.V.

I never knew he could make such a big move. I think this time I need to end everything. Let's go. We need to save Meika.

"Transfer William, Tyler and everyone else in the security chamber. Remember no one in here stays alive as they'll inform Max. All cameras have already been distorted. This is the endgame."

"I need everyone to cover his hideout. Kill every single one of them."

"But how are we gonna know about his hideout?"

"Maybe I knew it was going to happen. I was late but it's never too late. There's a transmitter in Meika's body track her down. We need to save her."
