The soft chirping of local birds floated through the small apartment complex, waking Isabella from her light nap. She stretched her short limbs quietly. Being an introverted person, she loved silence. Silence seemed to calm her more than any tea she drank or book she read. The soft melody of a light and airy piano emerged from Isabella's iPhone. She knew it was her alarm for work, she rushed off to the bathroom to take a shower. She stripped in front of her full length mirror hanging on the light pink wall of the bathroom. She turned the shower on, engulfing the entire bathroom in a hot steam. Isabella opened the bottle of lavender body wash and lathered her body, particularly paying attention to her chest. Knowing those thoughts always occurred in the shower, she decided to cut her shower short. She couldn't afford to be late again. Rinsing off the rest of the soap, Isabella made a mental note of everything she had to do today. "Finished Professor G's project, turn that in ASAP. Start on Professor Payne's research paper. Track the corset I just had to buy. Sleep tonight." Isabella finished rinsing, stepping onto the bathroom mat she looked at the clock hanging on the wall. 7:50. Isabella ran into her room, throwing on her Starbucks uniform shirt, a pair of black joggers along with simple green vans that match the uniform shirt. She took a look at the clock again. 7:56. She had exactly 14 minutes to run down 10 blocks of busy New York streets. She pinned her curly black hair into a small bun, hating the style but loved the short amount of time it took to do it. Isabelle threw her iPhone into her purse, pulled her jacket on, locked her apartment door and hurried down the street to her boring job.

"Uhhhhhhh.... I want a..... Ummmm...." A tall, blonde teenager girl stammered on. Isabella tried suggesting multiple drinks on the menu, but the teen dragged on. An amazing thought occurs to Isabella, she quickly suggests a cake pop. "Perfect!" The teen smiled, she paid for the item and left a fairly nice tip. "Thanks." The teen hurried away after paying. The day had started off slowly, a few college kids came into the store. They all had bags under their eyes, finals are this week. Isabella understood their stress to a certain degree, she finished all her finals earlier this week. A tall man walked in next, the few costumers fell silent. He was perfect. Tall, caramel complexion, athletic build, deep brown eyes. The man arrived to the cash register with a few strides, then looked at Isabella's name tag. "Isabella. Such a pretty name for a beautiful girl." He stated in a slight southern accent, and proceeded to flash a smile at Isabella. "May I have a grande ice coffee?" Isabella quickly nodded, taking the order she walked over to coffee machine. "Oh my god.. He's so... The handcuffs." Isabella pulled the thought out of her head. Walking back over to him, she handed him his coffee. Isabella look up at him. "$3.79." You barely whisper. "Speak up love." He commands. "$3.79 for your coffee." Isabella repeat, this time loud enough for him to hear. The man paid for his coffee and left her a huge tip. She noticed a random napkin on the counter, she'd throw it away after she finished with the costumer. "Thank you Isabella, hopefully I'll be hearing from you soon." He said, walking out of the door with his coffee. Isabella confusedly shook her head at the stranger. She picked up the napkin, something ordered her to open the napkin. In a very neat little script, a phone number was written on the napkin, along with a side side.

"Hello Isabella, my name is Kalen. Hopefully you were attracted to me as I was to you. You should call me sometime, to meet under different circumstances. Thank you for my coffee love.
