*The day for Taehyung to be discharged from the hospital finally arrived. His parents came to pick him up.

Mr. Kim: Are you ready to go home, kiddo? ( - he asked as he tousled his hair)

Tae: Mhm, I'm just gonna go say goodbye to Kookie. Can I come and visit him tomorrow?

Mrs. Kim: You two are really close, aren't you?

Tae: We sure are, I'm gonna marry him someday.

*His parents froze and gave each other "the look".

Mrs. Kim: Sweetie, we have something to tell you. ( - she crouched down in front of him.) We are moving to England soon, so I suggest you go and say goodbye to him while you still have a chance.

*Taehyung froze as he felt tears roll down his cheeks at his mother's words. He silently headed towards Kookie's room.

*After he was done he came back and gave his parents a determined look.

Tae: I know you expect me to take over the company one day. I'll do anything you want, I'll get the best grades possible. I'll graduate at the top of my class, I'll go to the university of your choosing and graduate with all honors. Just please, grant me one wish. Let me marry Kookie when I grow up. I'll never ask for anything else. I beg of you to grant me this one request. ( - he said as he bowed down deeply, hugging his bunny tightly.)

*His parents looked at him and then at each other. His father let out a heavy sigh.

Mr. Kim: Alright.

*Taehyung perked up and smiled brightly as he hugged his parents.

Tae: Thank you, thank you.

Mrs. Kim: Before you get too excited. We'll only keep our word if you keep yours. You have to show us how determined you really are.

Mr. Kim: That's right. A boy gives false promises. A man honors his commitments.

Tae: I promise, I swear, I commit. Whatever it takes.
