"you guys coming?" Kairi asks the two other guys that were still argueing back and forth for no reason. They both stopped and looked at him at once and nodded.

"isn't it mafia night tonight?" Alejandro asks while they are all walking towards the car.

"oh yeah I almost forgot, Mattia i'll drop you off a at the mall with Y/n and help her pick a dress, I have to help at the restaurant" Kairi asks while getting in the driver's seat and Alejandro getting in the passenger one, leaving Mattia and Y/n in the back.

"fine" Mattia murmured and looked out of the window.

"I can go by myself you kn-" she started.

"can't risk anything, people know you're with me so they will come for you as well, you have to have all the protection you can" Kairi said while driving and looking through the rearview mirror and smiling.

"well the one on the right shows your figure better and its more simple, but stylish whereas the one on the left is too baggy and it has rose gold in it as well, you have to wear plain black" He debates while pointing at the dresses.

Y/n frowns and flops herself on the changing room lounge in the shop throwing the dresses next to her "what's all this colour shit, it's annoying"

"it's just to represent where you belong" he explains sitting next to her.

"since when did I join" she said sarcastically.

"yeah, you didn't choose but Kairi is your boyfriend? so um you are automatically in the mafia, unlike your parents who are just affiliated but don't have direct contact, you know your brother? he used to be a member as well" he continued.

"yes haha, he was actually really good, well to be honest he was the oldest one so i was obviously younger back then but I can still remember when he used to help out around the restaurant and help Kairi's dad in deliveries or launderies" Mattia said "but enough of this mafia shit, the only time I can stop thinking about it is when Kairi makes me do stuff with you, so let's look at more dresses" he says taking her arm and dragging her to another row of dresses rummaging through it.

Y/n started laughing and trying to catch up with his running so she won't fall face first on the floor.

Mattia walked up to where the rest of the group was, Y/n immediately going to Kairi's side, him putting his arm around her waist and handing her a drink while he continued talking to the others.
