jungkook pov

"so how ?" I lifted my head to see who is the person interrupting my thought, it was mingyu and eunwoo with him.

"what's on your mind ?" they both sat on the empty chairs in front of me. "nothing" I replied with a lower voice.

"let me guess she rejected you ?" mingyu smile, ready to laugh at me. "she didn't give the answer yet" eunwoo chocked on his drink.

"be careful" mingyu tapped his back slowly. "so you did asked her ?" he replied while coughing. so I nodded while frowning my eyebrows.

"she will say yes trust me" mingyu winked at me. "how are you so sure about it ?"

"her action is too obvious ?"

"what ?"

"yes !" he replied then continue eating his food. "what if she doesn't ?"

"then it will be good !" eunwoo replied with a loud voice of him, showing his anger towards mingyu and me.

"jungkook I warned you better stop with this dare, don't play with her feelings it's not nice to play with other people's feelings"

"why are you so mad about it ? are you fall in love with her ?" mingyu asked him. eunwoo take a deep breath before left the cafe.

"what's with him ?" I asked so mingyu just shrugged his shoulder showing that he doesn't know the reason.

tzuyu pov

"my lovely friend !" I sat next to her and tapped her shoulder. "tzuyu I almost choked on my food"

"sorry chae" I chuckled. "what bring you here gurl ?" she stopped eating then looked at me. "I" I stopped for a moment, to find a proper word to say.

"actually jungkook asked me to become his girlfriend. chae is that even make any sense ?" she lifted her eyebrows then continue to eat.

"seriously chae ?"

"I thought something that is interesting but nah"

"oh come on ! just tell me is that make any sense ?" she shrugged her shoulder. "maybe I should reject him first"

"wow tzuyu, you will lost a big chance you know"

"I don't think jungkook asking me to become his girlfriend is a big deal ?" she laughed at my words.

"he's famous here though in our university"

"so ? why would I care ? I hangout with him because I just feel comfortable around him not like I liking him for real !"

"tzuyu, you giving him a hope then at the end you reject him !"

"I said, I give him the answer later ! is that a hope ?" she slammed the table and walked away.

"chaeyoung !" I yelled out her name, but she ignored me and left the cafe.

"why she took on his side ? I'm her friend did I ?" I whined and put my head on the table.

there he is waiting for me, why he suddenly asked me to become his girlfriend ? I'm just a nerd who likes books, study. me and him didn't fit with each other.

am I doing this right ? rejecting him ? he will be sad and why do I even care ? he's a playboy, always plays with people's heart.

are he going to play with my heart too ? damn this thought stop !

I fixed myself and walked slowly towards his direction. "jungkook" I approached with a lower voice.

"hey do you-" before he could continue, I cut him off. "I'm sorry, but I can't accept it" I lowered my head don't want to see his sad face.

"it's okay tzu, I just want you to know, I will wait for you until you say yes" I looked up with a confuse look on me.

"what ?" he giggled. "should we get something to eat ?" why he acted so normal like nothing happen ? I thought people who get rejected will be sad ? why he different from those people ?

"tzuyu ?"

"yeah let's go" I awkwardly reply and we walked together to the nearby cafe. he didn't hold my hand like before, is that shows he's sad ?

tzuyu you so stupid ! why you rejected him !

"jungkook" I started the conversation to break the silence between us. "hm ?" he looked at me and smile.

"I'm sorry" I lowered my head. he chuckled. "it's okay tzu, I know last night confession was so sudden"

I didn't say any words instead I lead the way. before I could do, he grabbed my hand. "don't be sad okay ? I know some place that will lighten your mood" he pinched my cheek.

"let's go" we walked together while holding each other hands. why I hurted this sweet guy ? I supposed to say yes and why I say no.

"before we go to that place, let's eat something first okay ?" he bend down a bit and looked at me. we stare onto each other eyes. "let's go" he dragged me inside.

I looked around the cafe as the decoration was so pretty !

we finally found our seat at the back of the cafe, where no one around. "just two of us ?" he nodded.

"I booked this place for us, I thought of our first date" he smile again. hearing that makes my heart break into pieces. he booked this place for our first date of being together. he expect me to say yes.

"oh" I reply it simply as I sit on the empty chair in front of him. the waiter come and took our order.

the atmosphere between us are so awkward, none of us dare to start the conversation.

"jungkook" I mumbled and he looked at me. "where we going after this ?"

"secret" he smile again. I regreted my decision, I regret rejecting him at the first place.

why do I feel all of these feelings ? am I fall in love with him ? I don't know my feelings. should I give him chance a ?
