i couldn't go to sleep that night

i couldn't stop thinking of quinton

my mind was swirling with questions like

did he actually mean what he said

does he really like me

what about cynthia

why can't he tell me why it's so bad to like me

was it a joke

and most importantly

did that kiss me anything

i personally don't know how i feel about him

i don't know if that kiss even meant anything to me

i tried to keep my distance to avoid this and you can see how that went.

i did that so i can try and avoid exactly this

me laying in my bed thinking all these things and asking myself all these questions

i don't know maybe i'm overthinking

after all it was just a peck.

after about another half an hour of overthinking i finally found myself drifting off to sleep.

i woke up to yelling downstairs i groaned trying to block out all the noise and go back to sleep.

yea not happening

i finally decide that i couldn't go back to sleep and i get up i put on some gray sweats and a 'swayla' hoodie

i go to the bathroom freshen up and go downstairs

"there she is" a grinning anthony says while eating a pop tart

i walk upstairs and find nessa on live

"hey madi" she says

"guys say hi to my wife" she points the phone over to me.

"hi" i yawn and sit down on her bed

"she just woke up" she pouts

i look around the room and notice none of the girls are here neither are their things.

"where'd the girls go" i ask going on my phone

"they left in the morning" she says without turning around

the morning?

"what time is it" i ask shocked

"three" she laughs

"oh my god why didn't you guys wake me up" i ask still in shock

i've never slept in that late that's basically half the day

"we were but quinton convinced the boys to let you sleep" she wiggles her brows

i roll my eyes

"i'm going downstairs" say and hop off her bed

i hear a faint 'ok' from nessa as i go down the stairs

"hey madi" bryce says

"finally woke up from your beauty sleep" i look over at a laughing quinton as the rest of the boys laughed

"actually yea i haven't woke up by myself in ages" i slightly laugh

"i can see why" josh laughs make the rest of the boys laugh along

i roll my eyes and walk to the kitchen instantly noticing anthony wasn't there anymore.

i walked up to the fridge and grabbed milk and cereal.

don't ask why the cereals in the fridge i don't know either

"what are you doing beautiful" i turn around seeing quinton leaning in the counter.

"getting breakfast" i pour my cereal first

"it's almost four" he laughs

"so" i ask walking up to him and getting on my tiptoes trying to look taller but fail miserably

me and quinton both end up laughing at my stupidity

i walk over to my cereal and feel a pair of arms wrap around my torso as i pour my milk

i walk over to the drawers and grab a spoon with quinton still attached to me

"quin let go" i laugh

"never" he says in a baby voice

suddenly i hear the front door close making both of our heads turn

"i'm back" they yell

what is she doing here
