i looked over at him confused

obviously i knew what it was but why is he asking

"yea" i hesitantly say not knowing where this conversation was going

"when i first got signed into talent x which is my agency they were ready to get me famous" he says air quoting famous

"it was all fun and games until i hit 3 million on tiktok i stayed at 3 million for about 2 months and the agency wasn't happy about that" he paused

"so about a month later i had a meeting with my agency and they told me i could be part of a creators house they put together a while ago named swayla to try to get more i don't know i guess famous" he once again put air quotes around famous

i nod trying to understand all this

"about another month later i attended another meeting and they said my growth rate was going too slow and sway wasn't going anywhere so they said they had a great idea in mind to make me more known i guess" he looks down at his hands

"at that time i didn't know what that idea was and i mean i had to go with whatever they had in mind because they basically own me, when they told me i had to date cynthia for publicity i was taken aback because i had just met her a week ago" he looks back up and stares into my eyes

"at that time me and cynth had just met each other but we were kind of kicking it off you know, we would flirt because she is really attractive and i guess i didn't mind dating her"

"i didn't really know what type of person she really was until a few weeks after we started 'dating' she started being really sketch and started going out with other guys" he frowned

"i was upset because i had just started developing feeling for her and i was kind of bummed she didn't feel the same way even though it kind of felt like it for a few moments. although i never really told her how i felt at the time because we both agreed it was only for publicity" he shrugged

i stared at him "wow" was the only thing i could say

"that's a lot" i sigh

"yea, but i learned how to get passed it so it doesn't bother me anymore" he nods

"so is it like a contract?" i ask

"yea sort of" he shrugs

"for a year" he looked upset

"order for quinton" we hear a loud male voice coming from the counter

"i'll get it" i jump up and walk over to the counter

i grab the bags and smile at the guy

he was very attractive just not my type

he winks at me and hands me a small piece of paper and walks away

i turn around awkwardly and walk back to quinton

i set the bags down while i open the paper to read it

"what that" a confused quinton gets up and grabs the bags

"i don't know the guy at the counter gave me it" i shrug

"oh i think it's his number" i look at him with a smile

seeing his face turn bright red makes me laugh

"look quinton you have a secret admirer" i laugh and throw the paper at him

he smiles at me and joins me laughing

i take the bags out of his hand and run to the car

"cmon slow poke" i tease him and sure enough i saw him running behind me

i hopped in the car and turned on the radio

when party in usa came on

i squealed

quinton laughed at me while getting in the car

"didn't think of you as a hannah montana fan" he turned the key in the ignition and started the car

"are you kidding me it's a classic how could i not" i laugh

"am i gonna fit in" i begin singing
