"Okay. I love you too. See you in a bit." Kim Leedo ended the call. He's excited to see his girlfriend again after he was busy working for a week. He felt guilty for not spending enough time with her but he really needed to work in order to earn enough money for his daily needs and to pay his monthly rent before he'd be kicked out.

He ran outside his apartment whilst putting on his coat. Even if it's night time already, the city was still busy. It would only calm down a bit when midnight comes. The man stopped by a shop to buy her a gift atleast. He had been trying to save enough money since he was a first year highschool student. He would work at such a young age even if he knew that that was illegal.

Luckily, no one knew about it except the people that he worked at. His parents didn't support him for his love and passion for music. His songs, the paper where he wrote every word to come up with a good lyrics got burned up and turned into ashes. It was gone. Worst knowing that the things that he loved was gone because of his parents.

He followed the path where it could take him to his dreams, where is heart truly belongs. He ran away from home and moved to Seoul. He was only a very young guy. He worked for him to live, finish his studies and in that case, he can take another step to reach his dreams.

He stepped out of the shop and walked the sidewalks of the city, going to the park where he could meet that woman that he loves. He smiled at the thought of her. Her eyes goes in a crescent shape when she flashes her sunshine smile. She's beautiful and loving.

"Solar!" he called out when he spotted her a meters away from where he was. She turned around and smiled at him. "Leedo!" the traffic light went green and she ran on the pedestrian.

Lee Solar was happy that she was able to see her boyfriend again. She missed him so much. His gummy smile, his touch and the warmth of his embrace. For her, he's perfect. She understood that he needed to work for his expenses, just like her and her family also needed enough money for their everyday lives.

She took in a deep breath, inhaling the night breeze. The stars were shining bright tonight but the moon was nowhere to be seen. She was cut off of her thoughts when she heard the voice that she missed calling her name.

She turned around and saw her loving and handsome boyfriend. "Leedo!", that's his name. She saw the traffic light turned green and she ran on the pedestrian lane. She wasn't able to cross the other side of the road. Her body flew on the air by force before she landed back on the ground but now, she's bleeding.

His heart shattered in pieces when he saw her there. The driver of the car didn't even bother to stop to check on her and just drove faster to escape the crime that he did. Leedo ran to Solar and lay her upper body on his arms. His tears fell non stop as he checked on her.

"Babe! Please, don't die! Don't give up on me, please!" he looked around and saw people started to come around. "Please, help us! Call an ambulance, please, I'm begging you all!" he cried and soon a few minutes had passed, the ambulance came with it's loud sirens.

A medical team helped his girlfriend get her condition better until they reached the hospital and there, they did a surgery on her. Leedo had nothing to face her family. He blames himself that she was now in this situation though he knew it wasn't his fault.

At the corner, he watched her parents and brother rush to the emergency room to check on her. He couldn't do anything. He felt like he just brought burden to her and her family. He stayed there without them knowing. They didn't even know about his relationship with their daughter. He and she planned to tell them later on but how can he tell them alone when she's now suffering?

He saw her father broke down in tears and frustration in one of the seats in the waiting area because of financial problems. He clenched his eyes closing it firmly. He had to sacrifice his own savings to help her family with the finances. He had to set his dreams aside to save her.

So then, the man decided to walk to his girlfriend's father to talk to him about everything before leaving again and continue his work to earn more money.
