Thanks for checking out my precious baby! Beyond a rollercoaster of emotions; the following is a list of what to expect:
Mature themes
References to trauma - There will be references to abuse, sexual assault and "human" trafficking in this book. It will not be explicit and it will not be glorified. That said, if you are a survivor, I'm so sorry, and you may want to sit this one out. I will place a trigger warning (⚠️) at the beginning of the chapter when these themes are described in more detail.
Explicit & rough smut - This book is not without its fair share of angst & fluff, but sex plays a crucial role. I will include a warning (🔥) at the beginning of a chapter containing smut. I will try to write it in a way where the smut is avoidable while still getting the full story. Let me know if there is a way another author has approached this that you liked.
Finally, there will be drinking and swearing. Seriously, so much swearing. There will also be homophobic slurs (used sparingly). I'll update this note if any mature content comes up that I didn't anticipate.
General warnings
My own interpretation of a Hybrid AU - I'm playing by my own rules, guys! I will introduce how the universe works when it is appropriate in the story. Jimin will be a proxy for the reader in this way; he knows very little about hybrids at the beginning of the book. If you have any questions or theories, let me know! Just please keep an open mind :)
Not just a smutty romance! - Buckle up - this story is going to be a wild ride with overt allusions to human and animal rights. I've got plot coming out of my ass with this one.
