Lucifer was his name. And it's been two weeks since then and My grades have improved extremely (he improved my memory) my senses have also improved. Though he had told me something odd after I agreed to take this power.

"I am giving you a new life. So as you know a eye or an eye. A life for a life. But don't worry. None of the ones you care about will be hurt in anyway, you have my word... My pet."

It did strike me as odd, but nevermind that I need to head to my forth period class, French, we'er doing presentations about places in France that we would go if the chance came. And one by one everyone went by as per usual. I think it started to rain. I thought we were having full sun today? Whatever, it's not like I'm going out side anyway.

"Ok now Samuel, can you please present your..." The teacher said.
Just then a sharp pain struck me.

Ah! What's going on. My... My heart feels like it's on fire! Damn this hurts!

"Um, sorry I don't have mine. Can I go tomorrow?"

*sigh* "Fine, but I expect you be the the first one up." The teachers said... Ok wow I can't see. It's starting to get blurry.

"Hmm... Felix have you gone yet?"

Is she calling me? I can't here.

"Hey man. Are ok? You'er looking kinda pale." Samuel says concerned.

"Huh? Oh yeah I'm fine. It's my turn right? Ok I'm up." I say with a straight face.

"An eye for an eye..."

Huh? Why did I think about that? Ok all I have to do is talk and then head to the nurse and I'll be fine.

"Felix are you ok? If not you can always go tomorrow."

"No no I'm fine... Yeah I'm fine."

No I can't feel my body at all. Shit! What's going on!

"...A life for a life."

Wait. Who said that? What's going on damn it!

"Sh... Shit... No way..." then I felt like my soul and body we're being split apart.

"FELIX!!!! HEY FELIX!!" I yelled.

"Emanuel Call the hospital! Quick!!"

"HEY FELIX COME ON! STAY WITH US!!" Guy also yelled.

"HELLO 911 MY FRIEND CALAPSED PLEASE COME AND..." Pierre was already calling the hospital.

I could not hear what was going on over the commotion, But I heard a faint chuckle coming from outside the door.

"Goodbye... Felix."
