Chapter 3

"Hi I'm Hinata Shoyo!"

Yamaguchi POV

I reached out for the boy's arm and he started to violently shake mine up and down. "Calm down dumbass you're gonna break his arm off!" The black haired boy yelled at Hinata which caused him to stop. "Oops sorry!" He chuckled and the black haired boy just rolled his eyes "Sorry about him. I'm Kageyama Tobio." He said with a straight face. The rest of lunch was filled with yelling and laughter mostly from the two boys while me and Yachi would giggle at their stupid arguments but soon the bell rang and it was time for class again.

I was able to get into class a little early and when I looked around I saw him. That rude kid who I was told to avoid. He sat at a desk right next to the window and he had headphones in while just staring outside and he looked so calm which kinda made me smile. I decided to be bold and sit right next to him. Well I don't know if it was bold but I was pretty nervous to do it and he noticed me and kinda looked me up and down. Am I gonna die? I brushed the thought away when the bell rang and it was time for math and just like the other classes that shit was hard.

-time skip to the end of the day cuz I'm lazy-

I was so happy to hear the bell go off and I guess that blonde kid was too cause he was one of the first ones outta class. What's he in such a rush for? I thought to myself but I stopped caring after a while and got up to leave. I walked down the stairs and heard the sound of shoes screeching on a floor and balls hitting the floor. I followed the sound to the gym and I could see a group of students playing volleyball which made me remember the times when I played volleyball. God I sucked so bad. I was broken outta my thoughts when Yachi ran up to me "Hi Yamaguchi! What are you doing here?" She said. Oh yeah she did say she was the manager. "Oh I just came to check out what all noise was." I said looking around when I saw someone else running up to me as well "Hey you're the dude from lunch! Funny seeing you here!" He smiled. Gosh he was so bright and I guess our little crowd caught the attention of the rest of the players because most of them decided to stop and stare at us. "Hey who's this?" A bald dude said. He looked like some sort of delinquent but I didn't wanna say that to his face. "Oh this is..." Hinata trailed off. Oh yeah I guess I never did tell him my name. "Tadashi Yamaguchi." I said grinning at the bald kid -excuse me-Tanaka. The rest of the kids came over and asked questions except the blonde boy who just looked and when I shot him a smile he just turned away. Ok then. Soon I said goodbye and started walking home while the rest of them continued their practice.

Maybe I should do volleyball again. I laughed at the thought. Nah, that's stupid.
