I was pacing back and forth waiting for chenle to finish healing haechans wound.

"lets just pray that he'll be fine, jeno"
Mark looked at me and patted my shoulder.

"i am! Its just...the monsters y/n explained...it reminds me of my-"

"your brothers death...yeah..."
Jaemin cutted my words.

I just rubbed my forehead and looked down.

"doyoung hyung was a good guy, we missed him too you know"
Renjun said while standing beside chenle.

"jeno...do you perhaps remember what those monsters do and where they came from?"
Jaemin was frowning at me.

"i...well...doyoung hyungs team mate, taeil hyung. He was a witch...he knows every spell and every creature in this world. He knew how to stop them and where they came from, my brother and his other team mate jaehyun hyung went to the devils waterfall since taeil hyung said that the monsters came from there"

"the devil itself lived in the waterfall but ever since the war started all of his minions ran away because they didnt want the waterfall to be exposed. The only way to get in the waterfall was a sacrifice, thanks to your brothers sacrifice jaehyun got in and took a glass of the devils blood. The more blood he took the more weak the devil was."
Y/n suddenly came in with red eyes, i think she was crying.

I was shocked for a second because i didnt know how y/n got to know this.

"i know this because my mom was close with your brother, my mom can see peoples vision if they had a bond so she knew what happend and told me. Even if i was late, im sorry for your loss"
She gave me a small smile and i nodded.

"so the only way to defeat him is to take his blood as much as we can"
I explained to all of them.

Some of them looked down and some of them were in their own thoughts.

"he's fine"
Chenle said while looking a bit pale.

"chenle, you look-"
Jisungs words got cut off.

"im fine, haechan need a few days to get cover. I think the monsters claw can absorb his energy and powers, thats why he grew weak"
Chenle explained.

"then lets just let him rest"
Jaemin said staring at haechans lifeless looking body.

Everyone went to their own rooms and did their own business.

My room was beside haechans room so i can hear if anyone ever sneaked in or something.

01:27 am

I was peacefully asleep when i heard noises coming from haechans room.

I got up and immediately went to his room, i closed my bedrooms door and went in front of haechans door.

"this was all my fault, i should've protect you. I should've killed the monster more harshly, please be okay"

I eavesdropped what she was saying but i saw a jaemin walking this way so i quickly got in my room and peeked a little from the door.

He was walking but stopped and was also eavesdropping in front of haechans door.

Aish...idiot...

I was curious on what y/n was talking about so i put my ear to the wall.

"haechan-ah....i dont know why im feeling like this...i love jaemin i really do but if i love you too then what am i supposed to do?"

I widened my eyes at the sudden confession, i rushed to my door to peek on what jaemins reaction would be.

He was biting his lips and was looking down, he looked upset. Well i mean of course he would be but then he started to walk to his room and sighed.

"ugh..."
I woke up feeling soar and tired.

Ah shit, im late.

I quickly got up and went to shower, i didnt wash my hair because i think it still looks fine and smelled good so i just showered with soap.

I fastened my pace because i knew that the others were waiting for me at the ballroom.

I opened the ballrooms door.

"where have you been, chicken?"

I raised my eyebrows and widened my eyes, my heart was beating so crazily and a smile appeared on my face.

Haechan was there in the middle of the ballroom, sitting on a wheelchair while mark was holding it.

I rushed to him and hugged him.

I couldnt held my tears any longer so i let them fall down.

"i missed you, idiot!"

I slapped him playfully and he just chuckled at my reaction.

"let go back to work everyone!"
Wonyoung shouted from the stairs.

"YES MA'AM!"
everyone shouted back at her.

"including you two lovebirds"
Renjun said smiling/smirking.

"whatever you say, shoulder gangster"

"YAH! DO YOU WANT ME TO SLAP YOUR WOUND?!"

"aahhh dont hurt me! Eommeoni! Help!"

"AISH YOU LITTLE-"

I laughed at renjun and haechan acting like tom and jerry the whole time.

After that, i started to go to help jeno.

"can i help?"

He got startled a bit but smiled afterwards and nodded.

"soo about that time you were at haechans room"

"shhhh!"
I quickly shh him and glared at him.

He then eyesmiled me.

Y/n, im just saying that you have to be careful in choosing both of them. They are both good guys and im fine with you ending up with one of them but just-
