A few days later I was sitting on the couch. Bailey was sitting next to me and I was petting her while I was on my phone. When something something very bad happened.
My other dog, Miley walked up to Bailey. Miley was a dapple dachshund and she was very sweet. Bailey started growling and her hair stood up on her back. She almost went after Miley to bite her but I grabbed her collar and pulled her back.
My heart was pounding. I don't know why she would ever want to hurt Miley. Once she calmed down I grabbed her leash and took her to our front yard. To get things off her mind, I started doing tricks with her.
"Sit Bailey." I said. Bailey dat down and I gave her a piece of her food. When she took the food from my hand, she was very gentle.
"Shake." I said when she put out her paw for me to shake it.I still didn't understand why she would try to bite other people but she would act so kind to me. I guess I just didn't scare her.
Thirty minutes later I brought her inside. Miley walked over to Bailey once again. Although Bailey didn't try to attack her this time. Thankfully. Bailey sniffed her then walked away and laid down on the couch.
I watched her then I went to get my camera. I took a few pictures of her. She sat up and tried her best to look cute. She loved it when I would take pictures of her.
I walked away and grabbed a pair of sun glasses and put them on her. She sat still and I took the picture. When I looked at the picture, I thought, how could this adorable black Labrador bite. Be so violent. And attack people.
