Can't explain why your loving makes me weak" I stood over the stove singing  as I was cooking dinner.

"Time after time, after time I try to fight it

In my condition, I don't want to be alone" Shawn came up behind me singing causing me to jump. He started to laugh.

"What are you laughing for" I asked

"Why are you jumping"

"Because you cant just walk up on a nigga while she in her mode like that" I said he started to laugh again.

"So what are you making"

" Chicken, Salad, lasagna and lemonade  "  I said

"sound good and are you wearing what you got on?"

"Yea" I had on leggings with my high waist skirt and a half shirt with my  apron over it. I wasn't tryna dress to impress.

"OK well my mom will be here in ten." he said walking out of the kitchen.

* 5 minutes*

Ms.Davis was knocking at the door.  Shawn answered the door while I finished setting the table.  I turned around to see Shawn standing beside a lady I'm guessing to be his mother.

"Mom this is shay" Shawn introduced us

"Hello Ms.Davis how are you?"

"I am fine just excited about meeting my grand daughter" she said smiling

"RAVEN" Shawn yelled calling Raven down stairs. A few seconds later she came running into the dinning room When she seen Ms.Davis she hide behind my legs.

"Raven this is your grandmother" I said pointing to Ms.Davis. Raven squeezed my legs tighter.

"Sorry mom she not use to people"

" I'm not people I'm her grandma "

" Mom please"

"So you telling me to stop and my grand daughter is all under a skank "

"Excuse me" I said his mom has lost her damn mind I have done nothing wrong

"Come on mom lets eat the nice dinner that shay prepared " Shawn said

"Did you watch her make it?" MS.Davis asked

" Excuse me but I have done nothing wrong I have been there for your son every time he have needed me so I don't understand why you are coming at me. if you don't wanna eat the food that I made then you don't have to come on raven lets go eat." I said walking into the kitchen with raven behind me

Man moms just started going for no reason she is tripping so when Shay and Rae walked out I took it upon myself to talk to my moms.

"Moms whats up"

"My grand daughter is stuck up her ass"

"And that's not her fought so don't blame her."

"So you taking her side?"

" I'm not taking anyone side mom please I really like this girl"

" okay ill try "

"Thanks mom. BAE CAN YOU BRING ME A PLATE?"

"No Shawn come get yo own food." I went and got Raven high chair and Shay was coming out with her and raven plate. I picked raven up and put her in the high chair and Shay put Rae food in front of her and she sat next to her and started eating her food . I went in the kitchen and got me and my mom food. I came out the kitchen my mom was sitting on the other I set my mom plate down in front of her and i sat down next to her .It was quite at the dinner table so I decided to start a conversation. 

"so mom are you excited about watching raven."

"yes"

"Yes I finally get to see my grand daughter everyday for 5 days in a roll." she said we all continued to talk and by the end of the night all my girls were happy. My mom left and me and shay got in the bed.

"Bae what was yo moms problem when she got here?" Shay  said as we were cuddled up in bed

"She felt like Rae was more close to you"

"What the fuck do she expect we live together. Raven have never met her till tonight." Oh my god really

"Bae we are not about to talk about this right now."

"OK whatever." We went to sleep without arguing yes!
