"Adrrrriiiiaaan!!! Mom said it's time to get up." I could her my older sister Kelly scream from outside my door. I looked at my alarm clock and realized it was 7:00 am. Just enough time to get dressed, eat breakfast, and get to school. It was my first year of highschool and public school. Picking out clothes was fine, I got dressed in my checkered vans, my jeans, and a t-shirt. I go to eat breakfast, "Hurry up, were gonna be late for school!" Kelly yelled. I check my watch, "Kelly, it's only 7:15." I tell her. "Still I want to get there early!" Kelly had been going to school before me for 2 years. "Adrian, me and my friends have plans before classes." I just shrug, "Ok." We both finish breakfast and go out the garage. "Ew, are you seriously wearing that?" Kelly's looks at me. I shrug, "Kelly, it's not like it matters-" She interrupts me, "I have a reputation at school." I laugh, "Okay Kelly." I grab my backpack and put my headphones on and sat in the car next to Kelly. Before I know it we are already there. Kelly punches my shoulder, "You ready?" I take off my headphones, "Not real-" She pulls me out of the car. "Okay, breathe. We can do this. Okay, Adrian please don't ruin my first day of school..or yours too. I'll show you to the office but that's about it. Don't talk to me unless I talk to you." She rolls her eyes, "Got it?" I shrug, "Yeah. How many students go here?" She just giggles, "600 highschoolers." I roll my eyes, "Wow." I follow her inside and around a corner and into a large office. "Okay," she goes up to a staff member, "This is my brother Adrian. He is a new student. First time he's ever been to school. Bye Adrian." She walks off and I look back at the staff member, "Hi." She is unaffected, "Here's your locker number and class orders." I take the card from her, "Thanks."She looks up at me, "Freshman lockers are down Hallway A." She looks back down at her computer. I walk to hallway that has a sign above it Hallway A. I look for my locker, #150. I'm the last freshman locker, wow. I find my locker and open it up. It's plain, I don't really have anything for it. I look at my class schedule. Okay, Science. First class of the day. I have no idea wear it's at. I out my Science stuff in my bag and clothe my locker. "Hey, I didn't see you in middle school! Are you new here?" I turn around and see a boy talking to me, "Uhm yeah. First year of public school." He tilts his head, "Oh! You were homeschooled. Well names Alex, I'm a sophomore. What's your name?" I reply back, "Uh Adrian. Blake." He stares at me, "Blake. Adrian Blake...oh! Is your older sister Kelly?" I reply back with, "Uh, yeah. Also do you know where the Science class is for Mrs. Kilkenny?" He sighs, "Yeah, I failed that class so I have to retake it this year, haha. I have it first hour. I can show you." Yikes. "I have it first hour too. And also sorry." He laughs, "Nawh, it's fine." I shrug, "Ok." I check my watch, wow. It's already it's 7:53. Kelly comes up to me, "Hi," she rolls her eyes, "Do you need help finding classes?" I shrug, "Alex and I share first hour so I'm good." She rolls her eyes, "Well what's your schedule?!" She takes my paper, "Ok, ok. Let's see. We have third hour and sixth hour together. History, you 2nd hour, is right next to Science. Hmm. I'll take you to third with me. And 5th, Health, is with Miss. Kelk, it's next to the office. And 6th, just follow me. And 7th, PE you know where the gym is and your last class is Algebra with Mr. Laurf he's down this hallway. That it?" I smile, "Thanks Kelly!" The bell rings, "Okay, be safe please." I laugh, "What? I thought you didn't like me?" She rolls her eyes, "I never said that, and you know it! Butthead. Just have fun, relax, but don't get to relaxed. Oi, Alex, keep an eye on him please?" She looks around like she's looking for something, "Uh, ok-" Kelly starts walking away, "Bye Bubba." Uhm, what? She hardly ever calls me bubba, let alone in public. "Bye." Alex and i start walking to science and he's laughing, "What?" He's trying to talk, "Bubba?" I rolls my eyes, "Wow, that's what's so funny." He nods his head. Wow. "So how tall are you?" He turns around asking me. "Uhm, I think I'm 6'3." Or 6'4 Im not sure. I'm tall. "Damn, your older sister is 5'6. Haha." We walk into Science class right before the bell rings.
