Part 5

FLASHBACK CONTINUE

After his mom completed her sentence, Enrico found lying on the floor of the car and something blinking from it. He understood it must be her cell phone which was ringing. He bends down a little and picked up the navy blue handbag of her and searched for her phone in it. Finally, he found it and it was still ringing and caller id shows it's her mom

'Mom are you done, then let me explain," Enrico said while holding her phone in one her hand

"Don't explain me anything just go to the airport," His mom shouted again

"Mom, she is with me and if you don't stop shouting you will wake her up, just like me," He said but he murmured the last sentence so she couldn't hear it

"What did you said?" She asked as she couldn't hear his last sentence

"I said she is with me safe and sound asleep," He said and rolled his eyes

"Then she is not picking up the call?" His mom asked in confusion

"Because her phone is on silent because she was in flight and she might be feeling jet lag," He said while the phone in his hand started ringing again

"Oh man, she gave a heart attack to her family," She said while understanding the situation

"Mom, I will reply to them on behalf of her as she is still in a deep sleep," Enrico said and bide goodbye to his mother

He adjusted Cinderella on his lap to make her sleep properly. Then stretches his left arm on which she kept her head. He picked up her phone and was going to unlock it when it started ringing again, it was her mom again. He slides his finger towards the green icon display on the screen and answered it,

"CINDERELLA GERTRUDE, WHERE THE HELL ARE YOU?" A loud voice boomed from the phone which made Enrico cringe his face due to such a loud noise even louder than his mom

"Mom calm down, didn't aunt said she is with him already," Another voice said from behind

"Don't take your sister side in this, if she hasn't picked up my call now I was going to take next flight there," Mrs Gertrude said

"Mom," Cinderella murmured in her sleep as if sensing her mother shouting

"Have you gone deaf or mute, why aren't you saying anything?" Mrs Gertrude asked on the phone

"She would have after hearing your voice when I picked up her phone," Enrico thought but there was again hello from another side so he decided to break the silence

"Hello Mrs Gertrude, this is Enrico speaking," Enrico introduce himself

"Oh so sorry, Enrico," Mrs Gertrude said

"It's okay I understand your worries, don't worry she is safe with me, and she falls asleep as soon as she entered the car so I think that's why she didn't call you," Enrico explain and remember the time when he was explaining her the house but she fell asleep before listening

"Oh, I understand she is car phobic after the accident, so she falls asleep whenever she is in the car," Mrs Gertrude said as she remembers the accident that took place when they were returning from family picnic which took away her husband and her daughter got a special power

"I understand if you, please excuse me. I will keep the phone and inform her about this call," Enrico said and bided his goodbye

After the call, Enrico pinched his upper nose in frustration as they gave him a headache after shouting for no reason. The car finally, stopped near a 25-floor building. It was secured with an electronic gate which could only be passed by condo's owners. Driver clicks on the dashboard button and removed the card from it and press the card key in the machine and the gate was opened in no second.

Cinderella was still in deep slumber when Enrico's car was parked in his private Parking plot which contained his cars collections. He slowly opened the car door and got out himself while walking he picked her head in his both hand very slowly and carefully not to disturb her sleep. As he got out of his car he stood straight once again and walked other side and open her side door and carefully picked her up in bridal style and started walking towards the elevator.

Soon, they reached 25th floor and he directly entered his condo with her in his arms and her both hands holding his collar. He walked straight towards the staircase and walked inside the room which was prepared by his mother for Cinderella. As he entered the room and watch all the decoration just one thought came in his mind, that this room suits her perfectly.

After keeping Cinderella on her bed, he walked out of the room. And went straight to his room, he took a long hot shower for 30 minutes, he walks out of his washroom and went towards his closet. He looks in his closet mirror and removed every t-shirt in his closet and check which one will look good on him, but he couldn't find anything other than black. So, he went towards the corner of his closet he never visited, it was the corner of clothes which he never touched clothes that were gifted by his family especially by his sibling and mother and finally after an hour he was ready.

"I think I need a new closet," He thought and walked out of his room

He went downstairs to see his maids setting the dishes on the dining table. As he looks at the dishes it was a different one from what he always eat, he raised one of his eyebrow towards the maid who was serving,

"Sir, Mrs Carvalho asked us to prepare this, if you wish to eat anything I will ask the cook to prepare it for you," Poor maid said in shaky voices fearing to lose her job

"No need, it looks eatable. Have she come down?" He asked her

"Who?" She asks back forgetting the main rule of condo never question back Enrico

"Consider yourself being lucky today, if I wasn't in a good mood I would have just fired you. Get out now," He shouted

"What the...? I thought he was a gentleman when we arrived the way he was treating Ella. But what's this?" Henry question himself seeing the whole scene

"Mr Carvalho, Miss Gertrude hasn't come downstairs yet. Do you need me to send someone to call her?" His assistant asked before Enrico actually, fire someone today

"No need I will go myself," Saying this he went upstairs

Leaving a shock to all his employees and Henry. They already shocked to see him wearing the casual dress now this but they didn't know tonight held many more surprises for them.
