Chapter 9: A Day of Planning

Jack pov:

I told her I'd get a kiss from her, and what do you know? I did!

She was surprised, it was only a small peck on her lips, but it made me blush like crazy!

I was embarrassed so as soon as it ended I flew away to the north pole.

I was flying and when I got there I saw the yetis outside north's doors.

"Hey guys," I said to the yetis.

They gruffed at me as a sign the guardians were waiting for me.

I entered the building slowly. The lights were off, so naturally I had my guard up.

As I stepped cautiously farther into the workshop I heard something fall.

I was about to fire when the lights suddenly turned on.

"SURPRISE!" North, Tooth, Bunny, and Sandy yelled.

I stumbled backward in surprise.

" Oh no! I dropped a tooth!" Said Tooth as she flew down to pick up a pearly white tooth off of the floor.

"What's all this for?" I asked as I looked around the workshop to see it decorated in ribbons and confetti.

"Its your one year anniversary of being a guardian, mate," said Bunny.

A shot of remembrance hit me.

Oh yeah! I've been a guardian for a year! Man time flies by!

"We are throwing you a party here! And we are inviting all the holiday spirits," said north happily.

Hmm. Maybe I can invite Elsa and her friends!

"Hey, north?" I said cautiously.

He looked over at me to signify he was listening.

"Can I invite some friends?" I asked.

"-> = :) ?" Showed Sandy.

"I agree, mate. I don't think he has friends either." Said Bunny cockily.

"Haha very funny kangaroo," I said sarcastically.

He glared at me, "I'M A BUNNY!"

We all laughed and then north responded to my question, "yes, you can invite a few friends."

We chatted about the party arrangements for a while. The tooth asked me a question.

"Where are your friends from?"

I thought for a moment about the obnoxiously named place Elsa was from.

"They are from the kingdom of Arendelle."

North had a surprised look upon his face.

"You know, my granddaughter is from Arendelle" he said.

"Oh! Really?"

"Yep!"

Elsa pov:

I stood there in my bedroom for about five minutes after Jack left thinking about what just happened.

I was still as red as a tomato. I stood there astonished.

Then I quietly walked over to my bed to lay down.

Next thing I knew it was morning.

I awoke hearing a know on my door.

"Come in!" I yelled.

It was Anna. She walked over to me and sat next to me on my bed. She looked worried.

"Elsa are you okay?"

I was confused," yeah, why wouldn't I be?"

"Its one in the afternoon and you haven't came out of your room, and Jack disappeared."

"Oh! Jack left last night, and I was ...just thinking a lot last night, I really needed some rest."

She let out a sigh of relief,"that's good, do you want to talk about what you were thinking about?"

"Yeah," I responded.

I told her about my meeting with the Kingdom Council.

"They're gonna make you marry a random dude if you don't find a partner within 7 months?!"

"..or they will make you and Kristoff king and queen." I said lightly.

She looked at me in disbelief.

"I can't be queen!" She exclaimed."I'm way too irresponsible! And if they take the crown away from you...it will be the worst mistake the ever made!"
