Girl on the rooftop seem to be a 7 years old girl . Except her body was a size of an 4 years old . She has a black hair and wears a green shirt covering her sleeves . She also wears black jeans and has a hairpin on the right side of her hair . She has a short Japanese styled hair (shoulder length)
Her power is not that strong except it will do mental attacks . But when she targets someone as a prey the target will see her anywhere , Making it insane . The target will break everyone's heart around . Making it lead to commit suicide. But she would stop it and terrorize it in its sleep or anywhere around the person's home . She'll laugh anywhere . Stare at it through the corner at the preys room while its trying to sleep . This will lead to the prey crying . She'll never leave the prey until it dies while she ripped the skin off of her prey. When it dies she'll target another person who spots her on the roof .
Her first ever spottings were in Malaysia 1992 . The second was Lichtenstein 2003 . Last 2 spottings were in America for 6 years straight . People realized she was a Mongolian-Chinese fusion spirit how she laugh's and on her facial features . She now haunt's people from California , Santa Barbara.
