Chapter - 3 The Inner Voice

Aditi' s POV

It had been a week already, I made some awesome friends Dev is a bit crack case and Kunal was total weird but its okay thinking this I reached home and hugged mom when door opened. I spent few hours chatting and updating her about my day.

I settled myself on the sofa at the living room and started switching Channels and landed on a channel where Tom and Jerry the movie was played, and I was enjoying it with packet of chips in my hand. Suddenly remote was snatched with my chips packet switching to Sports Channel which angered me. No points for guessing who it is "My arrogant brother" I just threw the sofa pillow which hit exactly on his face and I smirked.

Thus, Ladies and Gentlemen the pillow fight broke out until our Mom came to the scene and shouted on top of her Voice "I want this Place neat and clean in next 10mins or else cloths and vessels for next 2 weeks" We both gave each other afraid look and started cleaning.

After cleaning the mess which we created I entered Kitchen to help mom to prepare Dinner. Cooking was like my stress bursting hobby. While my brother occupied kitchen counter and I went on telling my adventurous first day at collage to him. Both laughed at my narrated incidents and with this I finished my dinner and went to my room.

As I was about to sleep, I got a call from Karthik

"Hey tofu watsapp"

"Faaaaann"

"Oh god why did I even ask " I giggled

"Know Listen come early tomro I need to share something with you"

"Is this about that girl Dev was talking "ahaaha

"Hmmm"

"I can sense someone is blussshiiiiinggg"

"Shut up will you"

We spoke for about 15 mins before sleep came over.

Kunal's POV

I Returned to my room and was welcomed by my not so good cousin Dev. We both Leave in a penthouse near the collage as I hate staying in hostel, so I bought this in my 2nd year and know sharing it with Dev.

I noticed a book in Dev's hand which was like a shock to me. What's that in your hand I asked curiosity taking over me. He chuckled and rolled on sofa "This my Brother is a book which I borrowed from Adu" he answered "how is this Adu" I asked him and went to find some food in the kitchen.

"Dahhh remember aditi"

"Ohh so she is your new Girlfriend" I don't know why I was angry with his statement.

"Bro hold your horses she is just my friend and I have no interest in her or I should say she don't have interest in all this and moreover she is too good for my taste" he said changing channels

I was somehow relieved I don't no why, but this girl was ruling my mind from the time I saw her in clg today. I am happy that she is karthik's friend as I could see her daily. Oh god why is this stupid girl having so much effect on me.

Something clicked me and I asked Dev "How you both became friends". He dint answer so came out of the kitchen to find out my idiotic cousin sleeping on the couch. I left him there grabbing my laptop and food and went to my room and engrossed myself in book to take my head of this girl.

Karthik's POV

I reached home and did my business. Sat on my study table to do my Assignment. Suddenly her face popped up in my brain. My Sahana's face "Does she even know that you exist" my inner voice mocked me. I really have to do something before situation gets out of my hand I having a hard time keeping all those stupid guys off her. On the other hand, this girl doesn't even give me a look.

Kunal is of no help. Dev can help me as they both are in the same branch. Should I talk to him? Let me first talk to my tofu I am sure this "Jagat Mata" will come up with a brilliant plan and even she and dev are friends.

Thinking all this I called her and informed her to come early to college she teased me and we continued our talking till she dosed off. "Oh god when will this girl grow up" then i called Dev I mean Kunal

"Hi Kunal You free"

"Ya dude with assignments watsup with you"

I was bit reluctant "I... want to.. speak... with Devvv." I stammered.

"Idiot I know why you want to talk to him and better not cut me out"

Saying this he handed phone to dev

"Seems like someone wants my help desperately" dev spoke

"Don't think too high of urself and meet me at clg in the morning even Aditi will be there"

"Aye Aye Captain "he said and I heard Kunal chuckling.

"Am I on speaker"

"Yes you are and even I am coming "kunal said before ending the call.

Idiot cant even say a proper good night before ending the call. There is something new about Kunal from morning I made a mental note to talk to him when we are alone and rolled on my bed and let the sleep take over.

I know chapters are bit short but i promise chapters length will gradually increase .
