YES! I did it, i took a breakfrom Social media i wanted to free my mind and i wanted to share with you my experience that can help each one of you.

It was good for me, firstly i knew that i'm rsponsible of what i post and i knew that i was posting stories on instagram for someone no a good thing for me just to get attention for one person, i can say that i made a mistake of the past but now i learned from my mistake. I learned to live for myself not for another person that he doesn't even care about me. I readed books two books a psychology book from which i learned many things and made me read psychology book also i read a french poems book i always wanted to improve my french and also made wantto read other french poemes. I also writed two stories i finished them both and i will publish it on Wattpad very soon ( i just wanted to share with you this one first!). I've started working out i found it fun and i made it fun i'm working out hour a day everyday not just for 3-5 days i want to keep that fun and energy. I never thought that i like house music and electro till now, and i never knew that i'm a fan of selena gomez and lana del rey & Alesso that's very weird i know! And that's the reason that i took a break from social media i didn't know what love, and i was not interested in the singers i like because i was just listening to their songs on the radio or Spotify! I started to realise that likes « reactions on Facebook » & comments they mean nothing if there's less comments and like on your post or picture that doesn't mean that you're not beautiful do not measure your beauty with likes and comments! It's just a virtual world look at yourself in the mirror and say I am beautiful having less reaction on my picture means nothing!

Here's some tips that can help you taking break from

Put your phone (laptop) down and out of reach do it one hour a day and with time you will get use to it

Turn off notifications and set virtual World.

Turn off all social media notifications on your phone so you don't feel triggered to check your Instagram or Snapchat whenever you receive a new notification. You can also organize your "iPhone desktop" so that your favorite apps are not the first thing you see.

Do things you like

Do hobbies Sports, Surf, read books, Write dairies

That was my little experience and some tips of taking a break from social media i hope i can help to take your phone off and enjoy your live in reality.
