there's this girl i know
she went through things we all wish we won't go through
and it broke her, really really bad
into pieces, millions and millions of them
so many even the most optimistic person would have deemed it impossible
but it didn't stop her from trying to fix it by herself
and when i met her,
she had already decided to put up these big walls
swore not to let anyone in anymore
she didn't have to say why she tried to push me away
because it was all in her eyes
her smile said she's pretty happy
but her eyes said a whole different stroy
and that's when i realized how strong she is
as days passes by, she let her walls down one by one
and I started to understand how much she is worth in this era of small hearts, and that is the day i promised myself to make truly happy, to be that person who will always stay. and everytime i look at her i remember how damn beautiful God's creations are.
I am forever grateful that she decided to let me in
there's nothing more beautiful i could have asked for
she's like the angel with the broken wing.
