diary passage n.39
sept. 25th, 2020
the usual walk to school was abnormally quiet. you had supposed that everything was awkward due to the small incident that happened last night.
but you honestly couldn't care less about it. bakugo grabbing your arm was planted in your mind way more.
it was all you could think about. as a matter of fact, the only thing that you couldn't brush away.
that night you had planned to avoid bakugo and his friends all day. you didn't have any intention in talking to him or looking at him. thankfully, you sat three seats behind him so it wasn't all that hard.
your eyes were planted on the concrete, your small footsteps taking a change in pace. you tried to restrain from stepping on the cracks.
how did he know so fast? there was no way he could figure you out in what, two or three days. he must have another dumb ass quirk making him be so perceptive.
you inhaled deeply, a smell of caramel wafting through the air. it was rather a nice smell, and it didn't seem to be so far.
you exhaled slightly, taking another deep breath relaxation masking over your concerned expression. things like these could settle your mind quite easily, it had reminded you of what life should've been like— loose and free.
"you look dumb." the voice pulled you from your deep thoughts. your eyes averting towards the husky voice, your eyes widening slightly.
what was he doing here? he had no right to sneak up on you like that, and criticize you. he thought he was capable of doing everything.
you pursed your lips together, and looked away speeding up, trying to get as far as possible from the ash blonde.
of course, just when you were feeling a tad better he just had to show up with his irresistible face!
"hey, don't try to ignore me you dumb piece of shit!" bakugo began to get even more angry.
"i'm not entitled to talk to you, you know that right?" you stifled a grunt. from the corner of your eye, you noticed a spike of blonde hair encounter the side of you. you rolled your eyes, getting even more nervous.
you looked straight ahead instead, recognizing the street that they were on. the school wasn't too far from there now. realizing the spot you were on, you could see the pedestrian signal ahead. you were going to be caught with bakugo.
