I tiredly walked to my next period I was so stupid to stay up last night watching the hate u give once again and I totally forgot I had an test today.
so now I'm trying to get my energy up so I won't be sleepy for the text. I haven't heard from cotlen since we was at the arcade he hasn't text me nor answerd my calls and his brother
he's mean he just tells me to mind my business and stop talking to him. all I want to know if he's ok and if he's safe because its not really safe for a young black man out in this world.
so yes I'm going be worried about him but some girl who's supposed to be his girlfriend said that he's ok and just staying with her and not talking to anyone but her.
so I guess he's safe but you can't never trust what everyone says. "hey beautiful" Nathan said he's been my good lil friend for a minute.
we only talk at school we don't talk out of school at all. so I could say I have friends now I think I don't know really but today I'm taking my lil sister out
I've missed her lil self her attitude is everything like I love her lil crazy self and her style is astronomical. I missed her so much man.
"hey Nate" I hugged him by his neck since I was sitting down and he was hugging me from behind. "how you been" he asked. "I've been good you know just tryna get the school stuff over with" I said
and he nodded "me too, me too" he said still nodding. "wheeew babey I'm hungry then 9-5 father right now" he said. I ain't Neva heard that one before.
7:00 pm
I went and picked my lil sister up nobody else wanted to go precious was with her friends cassidy was all in her phone so she ain't hear us the boys was playing the game so that's pretty much how it was.
"girl what took you so long" she said and mugged me. "girl I was at school and plus it takes awhile to get here I could leave you here say something else" I said.
"wasn't gon leave me anyways she said as I pulled "what" I pressed the brake jerking the car making her go forward. "nothing dang" she rolled her eyes.
she is to much I swear she is but she still my favorite somehow. "girl so tell me why momma made my lunch for school today right and she put nasty cranberry juice instead of apple juice" she said.
"no she didn't" I said "yes she did" she replied and rolled her eyes.
7:45 pm
me and sa'riya made it to mall and got out I had to take her to the restroom because she had to go badly. "ahh I feel like a new woman" she said and washed her hands.
"girl come on" I said and held her hand and walkd out the door. "hey I wanna go to justice they have this new back pack I want" she said. and we walked to justice.
"how come we don't see coke any more" she asked "who's coke" I scrunched my face up. "the one who have the dreads and he's really tall" she said.
"cotlen" i asked and she nodded. "he is i don't know honestly we don't even talk anymore" I said and she pouted. " so no more ice cream" she asked.
"girl now you know momma always got ice cream in the freezer" I said and she laughed. "see I knew it was going to be here" she said and picked it up.
I went and bought everybody something because ion wanna hear them complain like they always do. we finished shopping so we walked towards the exit.
and to my car when we got in we put everything in the back and drove off to the house. I dropped her off and gave everyone their stuff and went back to my house.
i grabbed my bags and went to the door. "omg cotlen you scared the shit outta me" i smacked him and he chuckled. "you always hitting me" he said and stood up.
"where have you been" I asked."jail" he answered nonchalantly as if it doesn't faze him at all. "why you say it like that and what did you do" I asked
"you ask to many damn questions you gon let me in or not" he asked. "no you can go to your girlfriend house" I said. "ight then bye" he said and walked away.
I shook my head and unlocked my door I stepped in and took my shoes off before picking them up and taking them to my room.I set my bags down and changed into something comfortable to sleep in I'll take a shower in the morning.
