10 years later, and y/n got her job as a
Neurologists in Tokyo Japan. She's so excited to go back to see her friends again and her love of her life, Maki Nishikino. She can't wait to kiss her when they meet up, it's been 10 years since they last kissed after all.

Y/n just got out of the airport and her lost childhood friend came in just to get her "Y/n! It's great to see you again" Frisk said hug her "it's great to see you too frisk" you said and chuckle. As you two talk about life for the last ten years, you ended telling Frisk about the suprise for Maki.

"Wait, Eli and Nozomi are married?" You said in shock "Yeah just a year ago" Frisk said as she start the engine of the car. "Damn, I have many things to tell you y/n" she said and you look at her.

"Nico and Henry are a couple now, Drake is my fiancé, Honoka and Tsubasa are having a baby thanks to technology...." Frisk said as she drives "oh! Rin and Hanayo have a resturant now, and it's out of the roof! You should try there best dish" She said.

You where shock, many things changed "Hold on, Drake is your fiancé?" You said in disbelief, frisk chuckle "Yeah, oh! And Maki" Frisk said and you look focus because she mention Maki "She became a head chief of the General hospital" frisk said "That's my maki" you said and you two chuckle.

"Hey frisk...." you said and frisk is waiting your next words "I think it's time don't you think?" You said as you let out a small box. "Oh my- are you gonna..." Frisk said and you nod. "It's about time huh" she said "Yeah, I hope she said yes"you said looking at the small black box "Are you kidding? she will! I can't wait to see her reaction" Frisk said and suddenly. The truck hit them.

Maki's P.O.V

Hospital. . . . . .

I'm at the hospital and everything is organized, as I walk through the hall ways everyong greeted me. I grab the clipboard and look in the info of my patients "hi there doc" Riko said "Oh Riko" I said. "You look happy, what's the fuse?" She ask and I chuckle "Y/n is coming back, and she will be working on us" I said. I can't wait to see her again it's been 10 years after all.

"I'll be going now" I said and Riko nod. After I see and talk to my patients, I saw Henry and Nico. Nico is lecturing henry for carrying heavy objects "I told you don't carry the box look what happen to you" Nico said and sigh "It's just a sprain Nico, it's not literally broken" Henry said.

"His arm will be healed in 3 to 4 weeks" I said and the two look at me, "well look who's here." Henry said and I chuckle "I heared Y/n will be here soon" Nico said "Excited?" Henry ask "A little" I said and the couple chuckle "Of course you will" Nico said "Were heading out now" henry said and I wave them goodbye.

Moments later I hear the ambulance, the doctors and nurses rush outside. As they grab the two patients inside the ambulance. My eyes wided it's Frisk and....Y/n, I accidentally drop my clipboard Riko saw my expression and told the doctors that those are my friends.

I sat down, trying to calm myself. They went into a car accident, No it can't be right.

Riko call the rest of Muse about the news and moments later there here. They saw me, looking shock and worried I told them that the y/n is in the O.R same goes to Frisk.
