I sighed and pulled my grey hoodie over my head as I walked home. My old snow boots weren't helping my feet stay dry. I shivered and looked at the ground. I jumped onto a rock and started to climb it. It was about three feet tall, and it hung over a small river that flowed through the forest. I sat on the rock and watched the icy river flow. I pulled out my iPod and opened Pandora. I turned on the dubstep radio and put in my earbuds. I picked up a tiny pebble and examined it before dropping it into the river below. I closed my eyes and listened to the water rushing. It sounded gentle. I felt the wind. I stretched my hand up to feel ice particles. It was snowing, and I had to get home. I dropped my hand and shoved my iPod into my pocket, still listening to Flux Pavilion - Haunt You.
When I got home, I silently creeped to my room and looked at the clock. 9:04 PM. If I had been any later, my mom would have come home just when I did. I looked at my nails. They were short and jagged from biting them. I loved Lyla. I sat on my bed and brought out my sketchpad. I looked out the window and laid down my head. I slid e sketchpad away from my face as I drifted away, earbuds falling out.
Ehh? This is Kyan's POV. How is this story going so far? I didn't give too much information for a reason ;)
