Hi!
So my first chapter or article or whatever you want to call that is going to be something that I wrote about my own thoughts. Things will go from there.
Each chapter after that will be something similar. I hope it relates or even helps someone. My purpose for this is to help others and to help me get it out of my mind. Writing helps me cope with my feelings.
