Let's all be honest. For the majority of girls there is always that one ex-boyfriend that just sticks like glue, like a stain in your favorite shirt, and like that one annoying spot on the wall that just won't go away. And that's okay. Yes, you can't move on from him, and yes, you never will. But all that pain of him and all those feelings that you constantly feel when you see him WILL die down eventually. They will fade and it just takes time! Sadly, however, he will always hold a place in your heart. Why? Because he was your first love, or your first huge boyfriend, or your first blah blah blah. The point is, the first "" is always the one who sticks and never leaves, and it's just like that. You cry and read his stupid tweets and sometimes wish and hope that he's going to be the one you say your vows to because you already have them planned out like the psycho you are, or maybe that's just me? I know I can't be the only one, there has to be someone like that. Anyways, with time, and with closure you can accept that he is NOT coming back and that you deserve better. You can take all the time you need to cry at nights and act like you hate him with your friends. But, and I know this is cliched but it's true, all good things end and all bad things end, everything is temporary. You will grow up and find a guy who loves and adores you, and who you will love and adore back, you will put your first away and at the back of your mind and he will just be a memory that changed you, influenced you, taught you...You will be happy. Just hold on, swim back to the shore, and work on never drowning again.
