As I was leaving Fact25L-YXG's cell I was heading in my rooms I locked the door I sat on my bed and thought about my long lost friend Lapis:"Peridot"tears started to from in my eyes as I remembered the times we met we laughed and we held on and then good bye

FlashBack

A tiny girl was running around in dirt and mud intell she heard someone crying ths tiny girl ran of to investigate and found a little that was bigger but around her age her outfit was ripped apart and she locked beat up the tiny girl slowly got closer Intel she was about 3 feet away ???:"H-Hello?"she said nervously the other girl jumped and turn yo look ate who just spoke to her to find a homeless really small girl with messy blond triangle shaped hair and green skin covered in mud she was wearing to big of visters over her eyes that wear cracked and wear dirty the girl only said that "im fine" not wanting to talk so that girl but the tiny girl sat next to her and and after some convincing the little girl started to cry and tell the tiny girl about her parents and traitor of friends she had and what happened earlier that day the tiny girl careful listened to all the painful memories that the girl was suffering from and after all that crying and trying to keep calm she hugged her and tried her best to comfort the upset broken little gem in her arms as she thought about the terrible things that this little girl had gone through remembering about herself before running away and ending up her she never met her biological parents but she had a older sister who never loved her and abusive aborted parents that spoil her older sister the tiny she said the words that the other one had never heard In a tone that was honest and comforting"im sorry that had happened to you but life is harder then it looks not everyone has what others have I want to be your friend is that okay?"the little girl hesitated but after a moment told the tiny girl that she wants to be friends to"My name is peridot yours?" "Im.........lapis....lazuli" "woowie that is a great name"and that was when lapis knew that she had found a real friend

Another FlashBack

They were messing around in the park laughing and having so much fun until lapis was called back to the house only for a moment later for her to run out in tears running into peridot arms Peridot again comfort her upset shaking friend to find yet again another bruise Peridot thoughts for a moment but then had a brilliant idea she took lapis to the other side of the park we both sat down I'm peridot started to mess with stones and sticks and mud after making a strange little sculpture that looks like it was going to collapse if the smallest amount of wind blew on it Peridot said the adults prefer to call it art or garbage but she liked the name meep morp this made lapis giggle and tried to make a meep morp after some time of that they were having so much fun some of Lapis Bullies started to poke fun ate them making her feel worse that made peridot upset as she got up she slipped on the mug on her back and jumped up back on her feel and stamp up to the bullies that were laughing ate the tiny gem because she fell and she was so weak and tiny peridot picked up rocks and started throwing them ate the bullies and didn't stop in tell they ran off in fear of getting hit by the stones she threw and she proudly marched back to laughs to only slip on her face making lapis laugh she was feeling alot better peridot laughed to and they started working on there powers having the time of there lives

Another FlashBack

They just got in to a fight and know lapis felt like a bad person for hurting her friends feels but as she was about to head home turn off ran up to her out of breath and in tears and she started saying that she was sorry for the things she said the reason why she has not told her about her spoiled sister as fuck of a sister she had and her abusive adopted parents was because she felt like not ever going to talk about it since those are bad memories that she rather not think about constantly and the only thing that matters to her is what she has right now a beautiful lovable best friend and the great and lovable herself this made lapis feel better and made her even laugh and they walked off to go get some lunch since free lunch was being sold at the park for kids

Another FlashBack

Fire smoke and running away people was most of what lapis can see she was scared all the noises that she in here were loud explosions people screaming and fire and breaking down buildings she felt like she was going to have a huge meltdown because she's not used to this chaos it was scary more scary than her parents then she saw her parents as they ran with the crowd just got brutally murdered by one of the machines lapis didn't care though she ran around trying to find a way to escape the running crowd but then her mind went to her best friend she ran around looking for peridot calling out for her but it was not until she turned around to find a machine that was about to grab her and put her inside its box where a few other people were they try to escape but they were always shocked back into place she was about to get grabbed until she heard Peridot yell nearly right next to her ear to look out and suddenly was shoved out of the way and as she looked she saw her best friend Peridot just got grabbed by her throat but not enough to choke her as she still let out a scream lapis called out for Peridot trying to reach for her and use for water magic to pull Peridot away from the machine but she wasn't strong enough the last thing she heard and saw her friend was Peridot getting thrown into the box and her yelled lapis name before the metal box slammed closed and the Machine flew away lapis tried flying after them to only get blasted back Crash Landing into the park lapis got on her knees and as all the noises fade into nothing and everything started to fade to black besides herself tears started falling down her face she just lost her best friend the only true friend she had was gone now she was all alone again not knowing what to do cheap curled up into a ball and just cried

Back to the peasant

Lapis now with softly crying as she got into bed and continued her crying remembering all the fun times that they had together it keeps on breaking her heart every time the others are aware of lapis is grief so when Jasper heard her crying her eyes out again she rather not bother with it she knows better but she told the others Steven wanted to go help her but Garnet said that she'll calm down eventually she's just going through that episode again of grieving over her best friend Pearl said that she needs to get over herself that's happened to 12 years ago but the Garnet explains to Pearl that lapis had an unloved childhood and the only person that ever cared and loved her and treated her as a gem a person and as someone that mattered had been taken away from her an unknown things could have happened to her for all they know she could be dead and asked how would they feel if the one thing that mattered to them the most had just been taken away like that Pearl thought of her answer for a moment before saying that she would be very upset and that's when she got it that sense lapis is sort of a stubborn gem and has very strong emotions and she refused to let the fact of her best friend's disappearance go because she believes that it was completely her fault everyone just remained silent about lapis for while until she finally came down for dinner they decided to try to have conversations that would probably distract her from it which was working for a while an hour later of down with Fact25L-YXG she finally came out and locked herself up back in the room again after staying the night
