Simone

I felt the sunlight hitting my face, I opened my heavy eyes and saw my favorite pillow beside me. Yes, it’s wet again. Good thing I don’t have any roommate.

“When will this end? Anyway, I still need to pull up myself together and put aside this drama. I’m also running out of time for school.”

It’s break time already and I am with my friends, we are heading back to our room. While walking, Betty and Veronica noticed this young lonely man, which happened to be our classmate, as far as I remember he’s name is Rasmus.

“Look, he is alone again. Such a poor boy.” Betty said while staring at Rasmus direction.

“Yeah he’s kinda weird. And wait, when will he get bored of reading?” Veronica stated then rolled her eyes. Penelope and I continued walking while sipping to our drinks.

Rasmus

“6:30 A.M. What?! I’m late!” I yelled at myself.

“Rasmus Get up! Your breakfast is getting cold.” I hear my Mom from the kitchen, but instead of eating, I went straight to the bathroom because I’m late and the school guard might not let me enter the campus.

“Mom, I’m leaving. Goodbye!” I shouted as I reached our door.

“Wait you forgot your lunch,” Mom handed me my lunch box and a bottled water. “Take care and go home safe.” Mom added while waving her hand as I walk away.

“Okay Mom, noted.” I replied and gives her a flying kiss then I saw her giggled.

Our second subject was over, and I am on my way to my favorite spot here in school to read, A Walk to Remember by Nicholas Sparks. I already watched its movie, but I still want to read the book because some of the novels that are interpreted in movies are far different from what are in the book.

The story is well-narrated, and I can say that it is not too far from what is in the movie. I like the way the author supports each character in the story. I am not yet reaching the ending part, but I can foresee what will happen in the ending, but who knows?

I crossed my legs and lean my back on the bench. I get my water and have a drink. I am peacefully reading while a group of four girls stop and stare at me from the other side of the garden.

“Mean girls.” I told to myself. I am not looking straight to them, but I saw them through my peripheral vision talking and staring at me like I am doing something wrong.

My phone beeped and saw Martin’s message, “Bro, next class is about to start. I’ll wait you at the staircase.”

I went to the staircase and saw my only friend, Martin. He is the only person I can trust here. We went to our room and I see the mean girls earlier chitchatting, girly stuffs. Our teacher came and the class went well.

This day was smooth just like my any other usual day. I went home after school, did my schoolwork and helped Mom in cooking dinner.
Another day has come and I'm on my way to school. I saw Betty with two other girls, they are laughing while typing something on their phone. Where's the other one? I thought they were four? Well, I don't mind.
