You looked in the mirror as you admired your outfit for tonight, it was your first date with Ashton who had just asked you on a date two weeks ago, you looked at your overalls and pale yellow t-shirt.
"This is really cute! But I think I should wear a pair of grey thigh high socks to go with." You said out loud to yourself. He was taking you to the amusement park, so you dressed casual. You put on the grey socks, along with a pair of white and yellow checkered vans. You walked to the bathroom to put on light makeup. You wanted to impress him, but not too much because when he had given you his number you were wearing no makeup at all. You pulled your hair back into a semi-high ponytail, pulling two strands of hair out so it looked fancy. You tightened the ponytail and went to grab your phone. You had two new messages from him, saying he'd be at your house by three.
You checked the time, 2:58 PM.
"He's going to be here any minute now!" You said to absolutely nobody, but you were too excited to even notice you were talking to the air.
Buzz buzz.
Ashton was calling.
"Hey!" You said with a smile, even though he couldn't see it.
"Hi, so I'm on your street, could you walk out of your house so I can see you?" He said,
"Of course! I just have to grab my bag and I'll be right out." You said, you reached for your handbag on the counter and then heading outside.
"I see you!" Ashton grinned through the phone, "I'll hang up now."
He hung up and then he pulled up in his car. He hopped out and gave you a hug.
"Hey gorgeous!" He said while he took a second to look at you. You blushed and then he guided you to your side and opened the door for you, then went to his side. He hopped in the car and started to drive. You started to play with your thumbs as it was kinda awkward. Ashton finally broke the silence,
"You know Y/N, you are so beautiful." He said as he intertwined his fingers with yours. You scratched your head and blushed, "T-thanks!" You said. He just giggled, and that same giggle drove you crazy. "Hey, so what do you wanna do at the amusement park?" He smiled.
"Oh, I don't know. Honestly I have a fear of rollercoasters." You laughed as you twirled a piece of your hair around your finger. He laughed, "You know that I'd hold your hand right?" He said.
"Aw, you'd do that?" You teased. Before you knew it, he had already parked. He got out of the car and opened your door, grabbing your hand and pulling you out of the car and kissing your hand. You just rolled your eyes and laughed, and so did he. He walked and bought you both the most expensive bracelet.
"Y-you didn't have to do that!" You said. He kissed your cheek,
"Yes I did, now let's go on the ride you want to go on first!" He said.
"The bumper cars!" You said playfully.
"God, you sound like a child." He laughed. You laughed too. He held your hand and walked over to the bumper cars you both waited in line as he had his arm wrapped around your waist. When it was your turn to go on the bumper cars you guys bumped into each other and you guys both laughed and got mad at eachother at the same time. It was a vicious cycle and you had a blast. When it was time to get off and let the next people get on. He grabbed your hand and opened the exit for you.
~Time skip~ (Basically went on a bunch of rides)
The sun was setting and you guys both really wanted to go onto the ferris wheel together.
"Come on! Let's go!" He said.
"I'm sorry my legs are short!" You playfully whined.
"Get on my back then!" He said.
"Are you sure I won't be too heavy?" You asked.
"No, you won't. I play the drums everyday and trust me, that gives you strength." He said, you couldn't help but laugh. "Okay fine you dork!" He grinned as he knelt down and you jumped up and he gave you a piggyback ride. He smiled the whole way while you rested your head in the crook of his neck. He put you down as you guys entered the line. When you guys were told to go on next, he lifted you up onto the seat. When it started you held onto Ashton's hand and you guys stopped a quarter of the way up. You rested your head on Ashton's shoulder and he wrapped his arm around your waist, "Hey Ash?" You said.
"What is it Y/N?" He said.
"I really like you, a lot." You said.
"Me too." He said as he pulled you closer. You nuzzled your face in his shoulder, he kissed your head. You blushed and he just giggled. The ferris wheel started to move, this time we were on the very top.
"Wow, it's so beautiful!" You said as your eyes lit up at the beautiful sunset,
"It really is," Ashton smiled, he brought his hand up to your chin, and leaned in for a kiss, you kissed back, it was the most passionate and tender kiss you've ever had. After a few seconds, you pulled back. He just smiled at you and grabbed your hand and you leaned your head on his shoulder while still admiring the amazing view of the sunset. He hummed 'Long way home' into your ear and you just smiled. When you guys got off of the ferris wheel, you guys got a bag of cotton candy and shared it,
"Hey Y/N?" He said.
"Yeah?" You replied
"Hey, I really liked today, I want to do it again." You blushed at the fact that he enjoyed the date with you.
"Me too, Ashton you have no idea how much fun i've had today." You said while hugging him. He pressed his forehead to yours, you looked up and he leaned in to kiss you again, you kissed him back. You guys both walked back to his car, he opened your door for you and shut it for you, he got in the car and he drove you home.

When he got to your house, he got out and walked you to your door, giving you one last kiss before you went back inside. You told him bye and then gave him one last hug, then shut the door. You sat on your couch.
"Man, that was the best day ever." You said to the air again, "Oh my god, could he be the one?" You said.
You were used to getting heartbroken so you were hesitant, but knowing Ashton, he'd never intend to hurt you. You went into the bathroom and got un-ready taking off your makeup and taking down your hair. You threw on an oversized tee, and went and got comfortable in your blankets, you shortly fell asleep and your dreams were all focused on Ashton, you realized just how important he is to you and you don't want to lose him.
