Chapter 2

Nolan POV

I woke up and stretched my body. I winced at the pain that striked my back. I rubbed the area on my back that hurt the best that I could. After the pain had subsided a little, I decided to walk around the area as I have never been in this part of the city. I got up and ventured out into the alley and see what was out here.

After walking around for an hour, I turned a corner, on my way back to the shack. Once I turned, I saw a gang just...standing there? 'Huh....odd...' I was just about to leave when something shiny caught my eye. I looked at what it was and realized that it was just a gold necklace. I then looked to see who it belongs to and....

He looked amazing.

He looked like the leader. He was muscular like VERY muscular. He was about 6'4 and let me just say. He was tall compared to me. I was 5'6 so he towers over me by a lot. He was really hot too. He had blue eyes that was as blue as ice. And has brown hair. He was absolutely stunning. But as good as he looked he was dangerous, and looked like he could kill me with the snap of his fingers which I'm guessing that he can. But....

His gold necklace was what I needed for money.

I counted how many man were surrounding him and luckily for me, there were only four. So I quickly ran up and started fighting.

The leader's man got into a ready stance when they saw me running towards them. Two got ready with their fists and the other two were ready with their bats. But I could care less.

I elbowed one in the jaw and dodged a punch. I kicked the one who striked the punch in the abdomen and tried launching a punch at the leader. He dodged downwards and I yank the necklace off of him. I began to run but a steel grip gotten a hold of my wrist.

I turned around and looked at the iron hold on my wrist and slowly looked up. I saw him, smirking, he pulled me to his chest with ease while I struggled against him. "Let me go! Let go of me right now!" He simply rolled his eyes and picked me up. To my distaste, he held me like I was a toddler like seriously? Come on!

His man started walking towards us "let us take him boss" he gave a small wave gesture towards them. "No need I'll be taking him with me." I stopped struggling for a moment when I heard his voice. It was low and honestly, if I wasn't in this situation, I would be kinda turned on.

'His voice....it sounds amazing...' I snapped out of my daze when he started walking. I started struggling again and yelling at him to let me go. He then growled at me. At hearing his growl I stopped struggling and whimpered in submission.

When a car came into view, I started struggling again. 'Wait...Nolan you idiot you have a damn pocket knife!' I quickly took the said knife out and tried stabbing his neck. But before I could even blink, he reached the knife and snatched it away. "Nu uh uh! Don't be naughty kitten!" He threw my pocket knife to the ground and I started hitting his chest but he was unfazed by this.

When we reach his car, he opened the door and placed me on the seat, he got in right after and told the driver to drive us to the location given. I started kicking him but he grabbed my waist and placed me in his lap. "Stop fighting, I have more man then those four you saw earlier and can kill you with just my bare hands. So stop fighting cause its useless."

I sighed and stopped, he was right. It was useless to fight against him. He could easily kill me with the snap of his fingers. 'I am a huge idiot....but its not my fault for being in need of money!!! I'm homeless for fucks sake!' I sighed at that thought.

Before I could even realise, I was already drifting off to sleep against this man.

Jayden's POV

I looked down at the boy who fell asleep against me. 'He's the one...I just know it! I hope Axel agrees...' I stroked through his brown hair. It was not the first time I have seen him. I have seen him wandering on these streets and sometimes fighting people. Axel has not been here cause well, these were and still are my streets. I'm feared by the whole country yes but these streets were where I began. So I always wander around here without Axel.

He was a businessman and my loving husband. A gang leader and a businessman, I know. How the hell right? Well, thats a story for another time.

Usually when I wandered through these streets I would see this little guy. When I first saw him I wondered who's gang he belonged too as usually only my man wanders around these streets. But when I realised he was all alone. I knew I needed him to come with me. And today was just lucky.

Sometimes I would see him beating my mans asses and let me just say, those man are some of my toughest.

He would sleep on the streets and when he came to try and steal my gold necklace today that he was probably gonna pawn, I saw right through him and made his plan backfire. I gotta say, he's smart and strong but not enough.

I just hope Axel likes him, we are really in need for that special someone to come into our lives and fill in the gaps.

Axel and I love each other to death but we felt like something was missing, like we had a huge gap in our hearts that needed to be filled up but not by each other, but someone else.

We both agreed on it, we had tried with countless of people. But it always ended that they only loved one of us or loves us both but one more then the other or with one of us not liking them.

Axel and I need someone to let us love and take care of them, to let that someone love us equally. And this cutie in my lap right here looks like he can be the perfect one for that.

I just hope that Axel wants to give this one a go.
